Top news that we're running for definite next season , just waiting on the renewal for coming through the letter box well definitely be buying another one , lets hope for some news on riders soon Ricky Ahhworth first please , followed closely by Nicki Barrett :t:

With regard to the take over at Ashfield and weather this included David or not I was under the impression that he was an asset of the BSPA ATM untill the decided to make a ruling . IMHO the BSPA hoped the Berwick dropped him before he rode the required amount of meetings allow him to go back to the Tigers and complete his meetings there meaning they wouldn't have to make a decision on his ownership , this another fudge by those who supposed to act in the sports best interests .

That it would harm their integrity and that it was not prudent for ANY club to comment before the AGM
-
It seems that you and me are in the minority in thinking this way, I think it was very poor form that they didn't want their views published , and that think their excuse was equally poor
-
check my previous post or look up the facebook page for the reasons

This was proposed a few years ago , engines were provided by a major manufacturer and a couple of test meetings took place , the idea was thrown out by the BSPA , an opportunity missed IMHO .

Well done to the Diamonds on their truly deserved win a good job well done , the hard work was done last night at Foxhall and any thoughts the Witches may have had about clawing back the aggregate score rapidly went out the window with the poor show from Tungate & Poole who where never at the races , all the Diamonds chipped in with important points and Stormy was proved to be excellent choice of guest. In the words of Porky Pig "That's all folks" see you in March

I think that The Bandits will do enough to win this one , weather they get enough points on the board for the second leg is difficult to say I hope so . I also would like to think that this is not the last time we will see the Bandits on track, fingers crossed on that one that we are back next season , If we don't make it to tapes up next year the forum would lose out on all the excellent posts that dominate the various Bandits threads throughout the season. -
Facu Albin , ready made replacement ?

Lee has retired from speedway , cant afford to go on now he's got a full time job

It's in the 'Tizer tomorrow Keith Hamblin just tweeted it , nothing anywhere else yet

Nicki Barrett is looking a good bet for one of the reserve spots next year , I'd like to see Micky Dyer along side him but I've a feeling his future will be elsewhere and it will probably be Alex Edberg that gets the nod Ricky's had a couple of chances in the E/L but for one reason or another it hasnt worked for him which is a real shame as I'm sure he will be evey bit as good as " Bengt Muddigaurd " or some other rider from forgien shores who does nothing for the sport apart from put a strain on club resources and only turns up when they feel like it .

First of all I'd like to wish Josh & Henning all the best for a speedy recovery , hate seeing guys get hurt , its even worse when it happens in a nothing meeting get well soon guys . Any chance of a decent match ended when on the fist bend of heat 3 , but fair play the 5 remaining Tigers who stuck in and never gave up despite the odds being stacked against them . Hopefully Nicki Barrett has done enough to secure himself a starting berth for next season , it seems that the Seb Alden we all thought we had signed has finally turned up, it was another top class performance tonight even gave James Grieves a start on him and still went past him easily .Micky Dyer put in a decent shift tonight and is another I'd quite like to see back in the black and gold next year but I have a feeling he may end up elsewhere . David and Robin both looked good tonight and took advantage of the oppositions misfortune to " fill their boots " , even Kluas managed to pick up some points so all in all it wasn't that bad a nights work for Berwick . I don't it to be as easy at Ashfield on Sunday afternoon great choice of in " Flyin Ryan " as guest by Glasgow will make it a lot tougher .

I thought Berwick were due at DP on Oct 6 ?

Thats the way I see it , but stranger things have happened

Does the uncertainty over the future of Glasgow strengthen Berwicks case in the Bellago decision ? I'd love to see him back next season
-
Sadly that's probably true
-
he signed a contract and is an asset , that doesnt guarantee he will be starting

Three duck eggs from Jakobsen probably cost us a point today I thought that Nicki was impressive for a first visit in what where tricky conditions , Klauw will have to improve if the Bandits want anything from next weekends meetings
