  1. I think its near Jeopardy isn't it ? . Seriously though this match and the return on Sunday have the look of a " Must Win " fixture ., the Bandits will be keen to get back to winning ways and I'm sure the Tigers will want to put a stop to their recent run of defeats .I think both fixtures will be home wins but will be fairly close
  2. Looked at the rider list on the website , think he's called Ronan Atkinson , no other info
  3. A decent performance by all 7 riders that saw all of them picking up a win or a paid win , but I'm sure there will be far tougher tests to come , but for now let's enjoy the win and look forward to next weekends meeting with the Monarchs
  4. After tonights display at Berwick from Redcar I can only see a comfortable home win for the Diamonds
  5. Good luck to all , have a good day and raise a massive sum for the fund
  6. So does curling Eve Muirhead's rink are current world champs
  7. Jockeys don't pick their colours , it's the owner of the horse that does that
  8. Think our next move should be a decent rider for the top averaged reserve slot , ideally we really two riders round about the same average so that they can swap places without us losing out to much when he moves into the main body of the team
  9. Very happy with that singing , always been a big fan of Kevin , was disappointed when he left he's a good team man that should be able to score at most tracks and a nice guy too will be popular with the fans
  10. He's been on Berwick's hit list for years , we've almost signed him in the past
  11. Season tickets now available and admission prices announced , time for a big name signing to give them a boost , It seams that the son of god Richard Lawson may not be heading to Ashfield after all , is he Shielfield bound perhaps ? Another name to throw in the mix could be Ryan Fisher
  12. Olly Allen would be an excellent choice for Berwick , he's already stated that he loves the place and he can score well away from home , weather he can stay fit all year would be my only worry
  13. This is really bad news , just another body blow that sport cant afford to take
  14. Giving him an outing in Ht14 last night was a bit perplexing to say the least , I'm sure Paul would have been a better option , it was maybe a Mickey Mouse trophy but you still want to win your home matches if nothing else I'd go along those lines as well with the exception of I'd probably add Matty to the line IF Edinburgh don't want him , Paul's return may depend on what the league set up is next season
  15. I've seen Anton a few times now on Premier Tv s' Swedish league action always been impressed with him ,should do well
  16. Good luck Glasgow , after watching the Rebels last night at Berwick looks like you'll need it hopefully you can keep the score respectable and everyone involved stays safe
  17. New rider this week no change in his condition
  18. Polyfoam fence at Berwick stays in place all year round , no need to take it down through the week as there is no other users in the stadium apart from the football and the foam fence doesn't affect that
  19. That was my thoughts as well after Dicks announcement tonight
