Matt Fords Vision For The Elite League In 2017.
DSC67 replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I thought that EL clubs had to have an asset base of a certain value to cover loses if they went went bust , not sure about numbers though Asset system has been pointless for years anyway Where's the 4 extra clubs coming from ? there's a few clubs in the EL who's futures look uncertain at the moment cant see any PL clubs looking to take the plunge -
2016-what To Do With Jarrick Hample
DSC67 replied to OveFundinFan's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Personally I don't think that same rider should have been used to replace Hampel at all the Gps he's missed , an extra wild card at each GP should've been handed out if it was only going to be a temporary absence , if he's out for the longer term then give Freddie the race jacket permanttly its not fair on him to have to give up his place mid season and it means his points count for nowt , its also not fair on the other riders in the competition ,points scored by Freddie against them might cost them them the title . As for next year cant really see how they can justify giving Jarek a wild card unless he proves himself during the second half of the season that's if he does come back -
Is he still using the Golden Tyre ?

Killer Kildeman strikes again

Due to work commitments , I will be enjoy this from the comfort of my living room , there will be no Dick Barrie but I will have Nigel and Kevin to make up for it Going by his last two visits David Bellago is an excellent choice of guest lets hope he can put in another repeat performance . It will be interesting to see how many times the ref pulls the riders back for " unsatisfactory stars " there's quite a few twitchy riders on display here hopefully TJ wont be as bad as he was during the Panthers match last season . Keen to see if Dan The Man can continue where he started his first night performance was very encouraging . All in All I expect a Bandits win , there's been a few decent matches this season already on Sky lets hope we can maintain the standard . 52-41

Don't understand why clubs don't do a reduction on the admission price when they're on TV , surely it makes sense -

I don't think that his problems are physical , it's more off the track and track mechanical issues that's the biggest problem -
Berwick Vs Ipswich 18th

Well that was a lot easier than I'd expected , in a previous post I'd guessed that score would about the same as last week , looks like I got that wrong . Ipswich where poor apart from King , the rear are barely wort a mention l was very dissapointed with Barker he seems to be going backwards ATM . Good start from Gappmier , he looks very tidy need to see him a few more times though and also see what he's like away from home against tougher opposition . Captain Kevs ride in ht 12 gets my nomination for ride of the season it was an excellent piece of team ridding -
That's beauty of watching a GP on playback the fast forward button on my Sky-Plus remote comes in handy

Ipswich have been a bit of a bogey team in recent seasons , but I still fancy Berwick to win by about the same margin as they did against The Monarchs last Saturday -
Kauko Nieminen , the Bandit that never was , can't really see him pulling on the Black Gold race jeacket now
-
I thought his continental commitments ruled out

Yes , it's just like a rider being excluded / disqualified from the rerun of a stopped heat , it's not heir fault that their opponents are short handed
-
Atkin & Armstrong are only racing in the NL though , they're not looking to top up their earnings with a few easy points , NL clubs should be limited to one rider "older" rider per team it's not as if Hall is a youngster is it ?
-
IMHO it doesn't matter what Richards average is he shouldn't be allowed to ride in the NL because that's not why the league was set up , It's not supposed to be a fall back for riders who can't get a team in the PL it supposed to be about promoting youth nd getting them some expierence .

Shouldn't just base his selections on one meeting , also need to remember that opposition in the World Cup will be a lot stronger than it is tonight -

Maybe going with youth would be a good policy , give them some expierence at that level
