Has the weather ever been better

That's tough! Best wishes.. -
A friend who is self employed currently has little work.. She pays rent for her property here and gets rent for a property there. The Govt class her incoming rent as income, so she misses out on UC. To cut a long story short she currently has £39 a month to live on. A lot of people are suffering for a whole variety of reasons and Mr Irving would appear to be one of those..

Everyone's obviously entitled to their own views.. It helps to put forward a rational argument though..

In what order would you place these Aussie greats???
YerRopes replied to Sidney the robin's topic in Years Gone By
I agree with that.. However for pure talent on a motorcycle, Ward is right up there with Kelly Moran and Michael Lee.. -

Hate to say it, but without doubt Darcy Ward first, followed by Leigh Adams in second (I may be biased) and Jason Crump third.. Doyley hopefully soon.. -
I never thought I'd say this but well done Piers Morgan.. https://twitter.com/OwenJones84/status/1242044089815662594?s=09

Have the schools closed in Peterborough already? -
I see things are a bit different in Cardiff tonight.. https://twitter.com/stereophonics/status/1238976755022680065?s=09

Easyjet announce rescue flights tomorrow apparently, so have that to look forward to at some point..

Tis way over the top, just the one case somewhere on the island and that person is self isolating.. Masks suddenly out in force too..
-
Am presently in Fuerteventura, the last scheduled flights left the island today. As of tonight lock down has commenced, all bars, restaurants and take aways have closed, the local supermarket only allows five people in at a time and fines will be issued for anyone found on the beaches. The local Civil Guard are out on patrol too..

Such a move will impact enormously on the volunteering sector.. Many good people of retirement age and above freely contribute to the good of their local communities.

I would prefer to see a much reduced league fixture list, just to keep things somewhat meaningful..

12-16K (depending on source) have died of flu in the US this winter. Puts things in perspective a bit.

Peterborough Panthers 2020
YerRopes replied to bigcatdiary's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
On it's day that team could beat anyone in this league, they could just as easily be thumped.. Hans, Tungate and Harris are all very much up and down, and you could possibly add NKI to that after his brief spell last season.. Nicholls at reserve is a big plus though.. No doubt an interesting season ahead for the Panthers.. Btw, whatever happened to the Mikkel Bech rumours? -
Thanks for that..

Am hoping to go to Lublin this year together with Wroclaw vs Leszno. I have heard however that all Lublin home tickets have been bought as season tickets. Have emailed the club, but have had no response as to whether you can get in the 'away end'.. Can anyone confirm what the ticket situation is at Lublin? Many Thanks in advance..
-
Went to Wroclaw vs Czestochowa last year, was told it was sold out although there were a few gaps in the crowd.. Would definitely buy a ticket beforehand, paid 65 Zlotys, about £13..

Shocking news, how very sad.. RIP Danny..
-
Only read a bit of this, so might have missed some stuff, however.. Leon Madsen came to mind immediately, well done me..

Who cares, tis all conjecture.. Swindon 2017 Champions and 2019 Champions too..

A great shame if true.. Tobiasz was excellent towards the end of the season.. Good luck to him at Torun..
-
Batch has been brilliant for the Robins these last two seasons, so am pleased Rosco has gone down this route.. If Tobiasz is riding here next year, I guess it will be Razzer and Vissing that miss out.. A shame whoever is forced out though..
