Magic pure class atm..

I emailed Leicester Speedway a few weeks ago about getting tickets to this meeting.. Although the meeting was advertised, you couldn't buy tickets at the time, so we couldn't book hotel rooms. No one bothered to reply, so despite driving straight past Leicester on our way back from Sheffield vs Ipswich earlier today, we decided we couldn't be bothered either..

Was supposed to be in Wroclaw this weekend for the original fixture vs Leszno and was hoping to go to Lublin at some point later too.. Now not going to bother with Poland this year sadly, not worth the risk with this Govt's ever changing policy re the red, amber and green..

Not the best of meetings, somewhat processional, however, it was good to see some live speedway again especially with so many present and former Robins on show. Was very impressed by Jake Allen. Very briefly met Nigel Pearson too, he was a proper gent..

Good meeting that.. Apart from the result obviously..

Well done Doyley for letting the youngster take the victory..
