TBH, I'm surprised that Darcy thinks he's got any fans and supporters left - considering how often he has let Speedway's uber club Poole down.. Anyway, apparently Darcy and Middlo are now up to letter F and are really pushing the boundaries with regard to the forthcoming drivel statement and still hope for it to be published within the original timescales.. The problem currently with Lewis Bridger is Lewis Bridger himself... Mind you, any dealings with MH is surely likely to make anyone at least consider retirement... (see other threads).. I really hope Lewis gets his head together speedway wise as I believe he has the potential to still go a long way in the sport if he is applies himself and is a tad more professional in his approach.. I look forward to seeing him prove people wrong, whether that happens is unfortunately unlikely at this time..

I don't think the timescale is reasonable either but as the 45 day ruling appears to be the norm in such matters, Darcy (or any of his camp) have no grounds at all for complaining about it. As for any ban for the offence committed, I think a 12 month ban (from the date of offence) followed by a 12 month suspended sentence should suffice for anyone found guilty, that includes Darcy..

Starman may reside in an alternative universe, however he does provide an alternative view, whatever anyone may think... He is also passionate about his club and takes most posts in good spirit Keep on rockin' Starman..

What makes you say Darcy has 'paid his dues, he's served his punishment', surely as of now that is complete nonsense (maybe different tomorrow of course).. I must admit I am bemused as to why Poole seem to be holding out for Darcy when they have such a consummate professional as Magic on the books who basically won the title for Poole last season... After all, should Darcy ride for Poole this year, he will most likely let the Pirates down yet again and prove himself to be an even bigger incompetent than the inept and hapless Middlo...
