  1. Not as many times as he started a sentence with "Indeed it is..." or variations thereof.
  2. Really enjoyable meeting last night. Close scoreline, good racing, and no long delays between the heats. Heat 15 in particular was outstanding, a fantastic race in which all four raced hard and fair.
  3. Great meeting, exciting and unpredictable racing, and a format that allowed a fair last heat decider. All four teams played their part, and Poland deserved and earned their win.
  4. Phil Morris readying himself to stand on top of the podium.
  5. The drone pics were terrible, the riders were infinitesimally small and at 45° in the image. It added nothing whatsoever to the experience.
  6. Either way you were saying Zmarzlik had passed (or got past) Doyle, which wasn't the case as they were side by side.
  7. I presume when you say passed you mean past. But that wasn't the case. The gap was there but Zmarzlik didn't complete the pass. They were side by side. Normally I'd say the rider who doesn't complete the pass is to blame if he brings the opponent down. But in this instance Doyle was culpable to some degree. Not an easy call and that's why we have referees to make those judgements.
  8. It's also his ability to not drift too wide because of the extra speed. Brilliant technique.
  9. What is this "holeshot" bollux? I get its meaning and relevance in motorcross and supercross, but in speedway the tag seems to be given out almost randomly.
  10. What a joke of a meeting. Inclusivity at the expense of competitive racing. An appalling track. Mistake-littered commentary. Altogether a great advert for world-class speedway.
  11. Following his antics the evening before when Wolves rode at Oxford.
  12. It's inaccurate posts like this, in the wake of deliberately vague pronouncements from this government, that cause uncertainty, leading in part to people spreading the virus. Social distancing has not been reduced. It is still 2m. If 2m is not feasible (for instance in places with limited space such as some shops) it can be reduced to no less than 1m. There is no reason for it to be less than 2m for spectators in a sports stadium.
