  1. The track is at Marsh Mills exitoff a38 not in view of the tamar Bridge its a couple of miles before the Bridge, you can park in the stadium for £2 which is very convenient, there is food available pies, pastys, chips, burgers, curry and a very popular polish bbq, with polish sausages, burgers etc which is very popular. A seated stand on the home straight known as the NHS stand provides great views as does the 3 and 4th bend and back straight which is standing but you can bring your own chairs . We have a disabled viewing area also on the 2nd bend. As for purchasing tickets its online only atm and I suspect this will remain for the season but not sure,I would advise early purchasing of tickets as meetings are generally sold out no tickets can be purchased on the day of meeting online as it usually closes day before, and atm no cash payments will be taken on the gate this situation is very fluid and as such could change at anytime. We also have a licenced bar if you want a beer or 2. Hope this is of some help and you enjoy your visit and some Devonshire hospitality.
  2. In your own words you said Bowtell was out of control if this is correct (which its not)how could he deliberately put Hume into the fence if he was not in control, I've no more to say on the matter enough said, thank you and goodnight
  3. Yes but everyone knows your not a normal speedway fan
  4. Maybe in your opinion and shovellers, but definitely not in ALL the locals opinion
  5. You really do talk alot of crap, firstly you state bowtell was dangerous and out of control then you say he knew exactly what he was doing you've contradicted yourself and your whole post stinks of sour grapes get your eyes tested i saw plenty of passing just read the updates seems I,m not alone either!
  6. Never realised how good bjarne is absolute class act
  7. Bulls***e,but it does make poole stronger especially as smetana has never ridden Plymouth and probably wouldn't be any good on a small track, very unlike poole to not have the paperwork in order. Anyway hopefully a good meeting and we get some good entertainment.
  8. It will depend on where scunthorpe finish
  9. Absolutely Plymouth invested alot of time and money bringing steven over with visas and work permits, accommodation, workshop etc it was in their own interest for him to succeed, unfortunately the promotion couldn't ride his bikes for him aswell
  10. Yes the rain has been biblical down here, when I drove past the track this morning the 3and4 bends were totally underwater from the inside to mid track and more rain forecast. Hopefully when this match is finally taking place both teams will be at full strength.
  11. Could someone please explain why scunthorpe could use a guest for jorgensen and not rr i thought you could only have a guest for your no1,this could be handy for my team if bjarne ever got injured.
  12. Bjarne has been an absolute legend this season, both Bjarne and his mechanic are both very approachable and happy to chat, the Plymouth fans have took to Bjarne and we are really privileged to see him every week, should be good to see crumpy when he's fit but not for a while yet.
  13. I don't think I,ll be up to Newcastle unfortunately, but quite happy to have a beer or 2 next week at our place.
  14. That's good to hear, thanks for the info, by the way we are no longer the devils
  15. Maybe he's not that petty and looks at the bigger picture i.e a chance for his rider to earn some money, not everyone puts self interest first especially Jittendra.
  16. Plymouth would have been happy to use guests for Henry for the rest of the season they were told that they had to sign a replacement hope this ruling is applied to other teams who may find themselves in similar situations.
