Why is he know longer a Poole sponsor, did he not get treated very well?
-
Has sponsored Poole and quite a few Poole riders ilast season, interesting that he's sponsoring the under dogs and not the favourites, surely he couldn't have fallen out with Lord Ford could he????
-
Yes but Poole always pay their riders on time so money no object. Plymouth have to make a one of trip to Glasgow aswell and we are further away than Poole are,so stop whinging.
-
Poole can change race night to a Friday, but are pretty reluctant to do this as last years playoffs proved so why would anyone be willing to change race night to suit them
-
Yes why can't Glasgow and Edinburgh bow to the mighty pirates and they can have a fixture list tailor made to suit them, possibly with a bit of flexibility the rest of the league could let Poole pick their own fixture list and the rest of us fit in around it. Maybe the position on the mc has been abused to often hence the 40pt limit and one or two other things that are coming to light that is not to the liking of the not so special one
-
How do you know if he has had any offers or not,he may not want to come back to UK!
-
No Gary is not like that.
-
It's took him 2 seasons to get his present average which still is below 5 in the championship so I think you should manage your expectations, but I do think he's a tidy rider.
-
Keleher did alright aswell
-
Make sure you come up for air
-
That's because we are Plymouth fans, only Poole fans get up in arms at other people's opinion..
-
Everyone is entitled to an opinion.
-
I think you have hit the nail on the head,no one expects Roynon to be at Poole in September.
-
Yeah I think you're right, note to myself remember they're Poole fans.
-
Fair one mate

Reel em in mate, especially poor old Arthur54

Dummy well and truly spat

Paying on time is great but I know Poole are not the only team that does that, they also provide vans, living allowance for Aussies, race suits, there is lots of ways of paying more than just points money. As for paying on time that maybe every 30 days,14 days,7 days,or even straight after the meeting so hardly anything unique or worth banging on about. Glasgow, Edinburgh, Oxford, Berwick, Plymouth, Scunthorpe, Redcar would not attract the calibre of riders such as Danny King, Jason crump, bjarne pedersen, Ben basso,Sam Masters etc would not sign for clubs who had a bad reputation for paying surely. Change the record Skidder1 it's wearing a bit thin now.

Come on Lisa, your one of the better ones
-
They're very sensitive bunch mate.
-
Lawson is a great signing most consistent rider in the league hardly ever has a bad meeting, just wonder if the coming season he maybe less focused on the championship and put more attention and effort into riding in Poland. I sincerely hope so.
-
Tongue in cheek mate,I'm sure they'll come back all guns blazing.lol
-
Good point, interestingly at Plymouth in recent seasons we've had crump, bjarne and andersen who all wanted the track really slick hardly any dirt and on the other hand riders like barker,Worrall, complin, kerr and howarth prefer more dirt and a definite outside line that works.
-
Every team has some form of home track advantage purely on familiarity, also pit bays, home support, certain referees, and start marshalls,at certain tracks especially Poole .generally feeling more at ease in familiar surroundings.

Ablitt couldn't have been changed as you never had any points to play with, you would have had to have a double change or another 2pointer.
