You seem to have it in for Garry May, just how much do you class as a tidy sum,how do you know he gets paid and who told you? Garry is very popular with the Plymouth fans gets on well with Mark and doesn't get paid anything more than a mars bar after the meeting, Garry has put some ££towards sponsorship aswell. He's not in the same league as Laurence Rogers when it comes to bleeding clubs dry i suggest you get your own house in order rather than talking bull**** about something you have no knowledge of. -
Plymouth v Oxford - Tue 20th June - Champ

I'm happy with the answers because I've heard it from the horses mouth, doesn't mean I like the answers though. By the way I wouldn't class championship speedway as a professional sport poorly run, most riders have jobs outside of speedway so hardly professional imo. -

Whatever, you got access to talk to the management or promotion you choose not to and moan about the team not performing, that access is not available in soccer,so a poor comparison. More to do with not having the balls to speak to those concerned. I got called out a few years ago by Mark Phillips who said if I could do a better job come and manage the team for a challenge match which I did,if you're going criticise surely it's better to equip yourself with the facts instead of doing it on here. I've asked alot of the questions you want answering and I'm happy with the answers because I've heard it first hand. -

You won't get the answers to the questions you want on here ,so go and ask the promoter or the manager. -

Surely lightning doesn't strike 3 timesI would think if that situation arose he would have learnt a lesson by now,he'd be foolish to rock the boat at Oxford because he's definitely going well. -

Go and speak to Garry May in the pits before the meeting he's very approachable and will give you all the answers to any questions you want answering much better than bleating on about things on the bsf,at least you'll have a better idea of the difficulties involved with putting a team together, then you your bleating may be a bit more educated. Garry will welcome a conversation with you. -
Oxford v Poole 21/6/23 Championship.

Fair comment, I was just pointing out that a reserve who doesn't always get more than 3 rides can still learn and progress under Garry May's management. -

I think he's going on alot of hear say,I know the facts as I'm sure you do,at no time did the management or promotion want Atkins to go,it was a decision made by team Atkins, if Atkins had stayed he would have got alot more rides as gilkes got injured and missed the rest of the season, personally I think it was the right move for all parties involved, will be interesting if Atkins gets promoted to the main body of the team and possibly struggles and is replaced by a reserve he may spit his dummy again or he might thrive,he's definitely got ability but he's a confidence rider. By the way Ben Trigger, 17yrs old,2pt reserve beat Atkins in a 2 man race at Plymouth. -

At the time Henry was the weaker reserve by far,dan gilkes was absolutely flying so he was getting more rides,Atkins wasn't happy and withheld his services, he also stopped riding for Plymouths nl team. -

It was quite amusing watching the Oxford team manager putting a dirt deflecter next to Scott's bike in the pits and trying to make out it was used made a prick of himself tbh. -
