  1. I read Morris wanted to race nearer to Swindon in the premier
  2. I'm sure Seb Aldens 4.82 average was a conversion of his 2011 Berwick average, so as he didn't gain an elite average in 2012 his 2013 elite average should be a conversion of his 2012 Berwick average (which would be 4.55). This is what happened to Sam Masters who had to use his Somerset 2011 converted average for Poole in 2012 as he didn't have enough matches with King's Lynn in 2011 to gain an elite average.
  3. If you're willing to go without David Howe, what about this team (Octobers averages) 1 Josh Auty 8.09 2 Nick Morris 8.00 3 Thomas Jorgensen 6.42 4 Ashley Birks 5.59 5 Michael P Toft 5.21 6 Carl Wilkinson 4.66 7 Gary Irving 4.00 41.97 can't believe i forgot about Richie Worrall
  4. using the October rolling ave's that would come to: 44.69 RICHARD LAWSON 8.68 RENE BACH 7.95 ADAM ROYNON 7.07 TERO AARNIO 5.76 KYLE HOWARTH 5.33 MICHAEL PALM TOFT 5.21 MASON CAMPTON 4.69
  5. I see In September's rolling averages Plymouth's Jake Anderson has been listed as having ridden 2 matches, have the bspa forgot he rode for Birmingham / Glasgow in 2010, shouldn't these matches count?
  6. i'm going on holiday to Krakow tomorrow so hope to get along doesn't seem too far
  7. I see in the speedway star Bowden said Lambert wouldn't be able to come in untill 21st July due to certain regulations, does anyone know what regulations these would be?
  8. PL CHAMPIONS: Ipswich FOURS WINNERS: Somerset PAIRS WINNERS: Plymouth TOP OF PL AVERAGES: Ben Barker BEST NEWCOMER: Cameron Heeps MOST POINTS ADDED TO STARTING AVERAGE: Cameron Heeps WOODEN SPOON TEAM IN PL: Glasgow i'd say mid table (7th)
  9. My top 8 prediction: S.Nicholls L.Richardson C.Harris T.Woffinden E.Kennett L.Bridger B.Barker D.King
  10. The SGB website says Blackbird has signed for Mildenhall!
  11. It's a shame the rules are so simple that everyone know what's happening and there wouldn't be any query's over who is eligable
  12. I'm a Rye House fan and have no problem with them winning with Nelson in the team. I'm sure if he was inelligable the refereee wouldn't have let him ridden, don't you have to give 4 days notice of your team, ample time for Scunny to complain if the feel the team was inelligable? Anyway why shouldn't Rye try to win the match/league. My main complaints over the use of Aussies is that Kurtz, Jones & Nelson are on 6 point averages but Morris and Branford were on 3's for Buxton, shouldn't they all be staring on 6's!
  13. How times change, in 1992 Hans Nielsen a 3 times world champion didn't qualify through the Nordic final and missed out on the world final, these days you can get given a place in the gp series using an unknown criteria (if there is one).
  14. That's a very good point. I think if they had less or no seeded places available more top riders would enter the qualifiers and you should get the best riders through. If a weaker rider qualifies on merit then they deserve to be in it. Why are they so keen on younger riders being seeded in, i've seen some fantastic races over the years starring Adams, Crump ,Hancock & Gollob. If they're so keen on young riders how about Przemysław Pawlicki?
  15. Richardson entered the qualifiers but pulled out on the eve of the meeting (semi final i think) cause of illness after he had travelled to the venue (can't remember where it was held off the top of my head).
