  1. Personally I'm not a fan of racesuits, I find it much harder to know which rider is which!
  2. One of Clegg, Wilkinson or Wright could ride in NT team, but only one allowed!
  3. It was pathetic of the BSPA to say no to Reading!
  4. Being born over here didn't help Alex Davies, who needed a visa!
  5. Did Jensen ride at reserve though? He replaced Lampart, who was in the team, and would always have had an ave higher than Perks / Shanes / Wajknecht / Vissing!
  6. Very informative post, however, I'd pick a team with Nicholls over any other!
  7. I believe Bachelor & Jensen are far stronger than Kildemand & Wright tbh!
  8. You're right, as Cradley were in the Northern group, they could sign riders from the southern group!
  9. Interesting as I rate Scunthorpe as one of the strongest teams!
  10. 1) if a club joins after the AGM they have to follow same rules & could only pick riders not already signed up, this would not hinder any other club as they would have already signed up the best riders available! 2) If there's a large number of riders frozen out from the NL, why not allow another team!
  11. I asked because you said Newcastle won't finish bottom lol!
  12. I don't think Belle Vue, Leicester, Kent & Armadale were blocked from entering the NT they only wanted 6 home matches, anyone wanting more home matches could have entered the Trophy I'd bet!
  13. In the past, teams who had only entered the National Trophy (Swindon / Cradley) were able to sign any rider not racing in the Trophy, so if nothing's changed riders from Leicester, Belle Vue, Armadale and Kent could sign for the Gems!
  14. I think Newcastle are the weakest team in the league, bit give them 10 points extra per match & they won't lol!
  15. Who do you think are favourites to finish bottom?
  16. A bit early to say that, when they haven't ridden a match yet!
  17. Shouldn't the aim of every speedway promoter be to make money?
  18. If Hartel will be a Lynn asset I can understand (though not agree) with his signing, I he belongs to Ipswich then it's a strange signing!
  19. I guess you could argue signing Hartel isn't building a strong team though!
  20. I guess you could argue signing Hartel isn't building a strong team though!
  21. Personally I cannot think of ONE genuine reason why Reading couldn't race NL matches at Swindon! Utter madness by the BSPA! I'm almost embarrassed to call myself a speedway fan at times like these!
  22. Even if that was the case, can't see anything wrong with that!
