Harris had a 9.66 / 8.64 split which is fair. His away average is much the same as his starting ave, so in a weaker league shouldn't drop it at all.
Basso may find it harder to retain his ave, riding at 1 or 5, but as he's an improving youngster on the up, think he'll be fine as a heat leader.
Hook has a better rolling ave (& 2022 ave) than James Pearson and it seems Birmingham fans are delighted to have Pearson back again. So Hook can't be THAT bad!
Every other Brit shows their final ave, not including reduction, so it wouldn't make sense for Bickley to be listed as 2.93?
I'm under the impression it's a mistake & he should be on a 3.00 ave.
I can't imagine Glasgow would let Brennan go. Think Nick Morris has an average well above his ability, looks a quirk of the 10 match rolling aves rather than his true ability, as all his poor matches early season have been scrubbed from the stats!
Edinburgh won the league in 2015 with 2 x 3.00 reserves (the minimum average then). Both (Clegg & Branford) only finished with about 3.5 averages & stayed at reserve all year!
Even if one of the top 5 had an off night, still got 4 potential double figure scorers in the team!
Now that the averages have been confirmed, this team fits!
