I don't understand that comment, Congreave is averaging less than a point & Sedgmen is 5.5, so clearly he's a lot stronger! "Even Justin Sedgmen would be better" sound to me like you think Sedgmen would get a 1.5 ave?

Well Nicholls & Harris were able to take IRR rides for MPT in the Prem, but can't guest for him in the Champ as they have higher aves!

While Nicholls & Harris have weaker aves in the Prem, they are stronger than MPT in the Champ, so can't say they were weakened!

Don't think that made a difference with IRR in operation!
