Gp Qualifier Berwick 16/6
hagonshocker replied to Warm&Cosy's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Sidneys knowledge of speedway ISNT poor and ti think thats a bit insulting of you to insinuate that...but then judgeing by your past record on here that bitchy comment isnt that surprising ..just because you disagree with him doesnt prove anything about his knowledge of the sport....i'd like to sit you two down sometime with a speedway quiz going back some decades and im pretty confident my money would be safe with a bet on Sidney but thats not to say i would accuse you of having no idea about speedway....just because someone isnt in the forum clique and hasnt got 35 gazillion posts i.e sat on here 24/7 shouldnt detract from the fact he has been enjoying this sport some 40 years....more than me whose pushing 36 but we wont claim to be the be all and end all of all things speedway trivia but we (i would like to believe) know a bit about the sport. To conclude i have to admit theres some on here i like and respect and theres some i definatly dislike....no clues given but like previously said wouldnt offend them with doubts as to there knowledge. -
Monster Energy Sponsorship

Thats the one possibility and a degree of how higher Monster will raise the profile of Speedway...people do not underestimate how important globally this could be for the sport...as for the earlier poor mans RedBull be careful as in the USA Monster is becoming a bigger brand sporting wise..Redbull can be guilty of trying to be a bit picky and hip with its sportsman Monster just go for the jugular....as for the 666 be afraid...be very afraid! Im typing this as im slurping a can of lo-carb Monster whilst resting it on me trendy metallic silver coloured bible! -
Cardiff Gp 2012 And Cricket
hagonshocker replied to Boggle's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Wouldnt go and watch cricket if you offered g.p vip tickets to me for free....mind u i wont go to the gp anymore but thats not the point.....! ;-) -
Personally couldnt give a monkeys chuff where Janowski rides...cant say i was always that thrilled watching him at the Stade last season...no loss....personally i'd stick him and Miedzinski on e-bay...99p start. Good to see an ex Swindon theme developing...would give some of the current side an incentive to impress...also nice to see Seba back
-
Well said mr ore ...sidney crumpie cant do either as hes flying to NZ directly from Oz Naturally bein a glasgow fan i think it goes without saying youll attend sheffield! As for saturdays running speedway on the same night as greyhounds would be a trifle messy potentially lol....heres hoping for good weather and TWO big turnouts
-
I agree altho unfortunate some things cant be helped especially when its a difficult month before the first gp...whats peed me off is the attitude of someone on parks thread criticising swindon for the clash when they dont have the facts and looking at turning it into a parker v kilb debate..quite pathetic and very disrepectful...both meetings will be great and comparing both guys and meetingd is all very needless!! =-O
-
Why are one or two sad cases appearing to be turning the two meetings against each other..like i said unfortunate clash but neither meeting or legend should be demeaned because of it...shame one or two on shanes meeting thread are attempting to eh?! Pathetic....both meetings WILL be great and well attended fan and rider wise so lets hope some on here follow suit
-
Thats nice insult the memory of a swindon legend why dont you?! No-ones attempted to clash with Parks meeting the swindon date has been on the backburner for a while and is the only feasible date to attract a decent field before the gps start up...what do u want them to do? Clash with the Ben fund?! Unreal...you honour shane parker and we will do the same with Bob Kilby who only passed away 3 years on yesterdays date leaving a wonderful family..ok is that alright with you?
-
I guess what there saying is its a shame as guys like Greg etc could had done both imeetings...its not really a case of many attending both especially in view of the distance between tracks...but i agree that it is very unfortunate as top riders should have the opportunity to do both...nevermind but lets hope it doesnt become a competition to attract the best field as both legends do not deserve there meetings being tarnished

Or will he eventually calm down his bucking broncos in time to get there before his cohort does? Sidney the question is valid just a shame one or two have to take the pish with there responses but hey its just the BSF Mafioso at work as per norm...more a question of which Aussie will dominate world speedway out of Darky Holder Morris or Heeps?!

Another reason NOT to change to crapy Virgin Media! Mind you the attitude of Sky regarding red button usage is rather pathetic and unfair but better not moan too much considering theyve offered me free HD Multiroom installation for two bedrooms and no extra subs!....its amazing what they offer longstanding customers who threaten to go elsewhere....like i ever intended to! lol..anyway back to topic hoping for a dry meeting and a good one...Lindback to feature strongly along with AJ but hopefully not Hampel...gone off him...Gollob to drop back further unless Mrs? Gollobs attorneys have cut him some slack?!..Greg to still be in front but maybe slightly reduced again heres to a good un -

Quite a scene wasnt it Dave!!! Ive never watched a Swedish meeting with my mouth wide open as that before...hate to say it but there could be reprucussions...big interval delay after...his bike must had wiped out more pit crew members than a silencer inspection...spect hes as popular there now as a Doner in a kibbutz -
