Hotel plans changed last nite was all booked up to stay in swansea but kept persevering and finally found a cancellation at Cardiff West Premier inn...anyone else staying there or has anyone ever stayed there?...takin car but probably leave it there and find public transport means of access into City Centre...staying on the friday too so may have a look at practice after a couple of beers as thats the only thing that makes GP practice bearable!

This forum is going downhill fast with some of the football style abuse that is going on here...wouldnt be a bad idea if some of the posters were reviewed and censored or even suspended fora while...there will always be disagreements we arent all exempt from them but the level of abuse is rising..whatever happened to the fair minded fans? Disgraceful.

Same here wiv the Aussie Flag and Also the Killers in Hyde Park...stayin at the intercontinental nr Berkeley Square then hotffooting by car?! to Swansea early doors to check in to Holiday Inn sat morn then train 2 Cardiff then train back to Swansea at nite then newport next day.....then home then church sunday eve then bed...phew!

I think Lee has improved no end as a rider across all leagues much much more consistent and seems to have taken on more authority since switching to Eagles and then Hammers...Bridger and Woffy within 2 years G.P yes no problem but for 2010 Rico deserves another chance ahead of Harris and Nicholls

Well done Emil can honestly say that im not surprised in the least...also unsurprised with the reaction of the polish fans who seem more than willing to accept another Russian invasion! People go on about how great Polish speedway is compared to the elite but there seems to be great desperation to take Emil on as there new national hero replacing the either ageing(gollob) or goin nowhere(Hampel Krys) riders...must be a bit frustrating for some of there young talents no wonder the likes of Kolodziej and Rempala havent developed and i only hope it doesnt deter the likes of Pawlicki and Janowski. Enuff of the moaning well done to Leigh on what i think is his best start to a G.P campaign for a while ..he's in the mix and believe me his season will gain momentum p.s i DID mean Maciej Janowski and not Lukasz Jankowski btw!

Staying in Swansea friday/saturday and using train in between but taking car and leaving it in Swansea...hate driving out of Cardiff after meeting...trains cheap and regular enough and the hotels only £60 for family room...tbh only going cos me lad wont forgive me if we dont go! personally i could live without the GP as unless we have a blinder its starting to pass its sell by date! Mind you getting a family ticket fot 97 quid helped and weve got a choice of taking my 3 yr old girl who adores Leigh, leaving her with me mum(as she would be deafened by air horns) or floggin a spare ticket

Were goin the other way this year! Driving to Swansea on the friday and spending 2 nights there...getting the train to Cardiff lunchtimish and returning later after the meeting...not as much hassle as it sounds! Gives us the opportunity to relax around the Gower friday evening and do a bit of shopping in Swansea in the morning and then a quiet lunch before setting off to the bedlam that is Cardiff full of anor.....speedway fans in Cardiff centre!

Just hope that anybody new to the sport didnt come away thinking that was typical of our sport! Although makes a change to watch US speedway on tv i guess ,even though the 'production' was dire!
