So noticing the likes of Kurtz and jack holder is rocket science is it? The fact Chris has spent so long at Poole clearly makes it far easier to attract them plus the lure of the coast and jet skiing, think it's not unreasonable to say Ford isn't some magical figure who produces these riders out of thin air and I agree with CR the Aussie connection goes far back well before ford arrived on the scene! Boyce Adams Langdon Crump I could go on! It is merely a natural progression nothing incredible or out of anyone's comfort zone for the love of god

I have only just stumbled upon this thread and while i agree Tai can speak before he thinks i do feel he is put under lots of scrutiny and to be fair BSI make a concerted effort to make sure Brando and the ilk garner as much information from him leading to/during and after a GP , it has become blitzkrieg like and on odd occasions must be difficult to wind it in when responding so at times stuff will come out, as for his appearance holy s**t he looks perfectly fine to me i really couldnt give a rats as he does not influence my son who has his own mind thank God and to label his parents with not bringing him up correctly is a disgrace! I agree with you totally

Would require some serious sponsorship and a vast crowd to be able to make it pay if they are on the usual EL pay

Spot on i would say, he was forced to go with at least one Belle Vue rider let's be honest about this even though Worrall apart Cook and Nicholls are both inconsistent around there but most would only moan if he left all 3 out, as for the other picks Tai, Ruthless and King pick themselves with there recent form and exploits and there would only be a case for Harris if he wasnt so embarrassing at Cardiff, still surprised at the lack of knowledge by some moaning on facebook that we shouldnt go with Ellis at reserve and should had picked Nicholls lmfao how thick are some read the f*****g rules people and also some clamouring for Lambert to go at reserve? What's the point of that

Swindon - Belle Vue 21.7.16

I do believe Rosco has a big issue and decision to make regarding the 4th pick (does the reserve matter as whoever gets picked isn't a Kurtz or Peasoup) and that is whether he bows to public pressure and includes a Belle Vue rider and then what Ace as after dismissing Scott from the equation do you go for Cook or S.Worrall?. If he just goes with his own heart he would certainly go for neither and pick Harris but imagine the reaction?! King seems to be saving his best form for latter parts of meetings (as per normal) when the dirt moves out so may need to be patient early doors but that ability alone and in winning the BF should cement his place and my overall feeling is the same side as SteveO has stated although i do have a slight mistrust in Cook and Stevie does seem a little more consistent , as for the initial feeling and leaving one or two decisions as late as seeing them in practice always seemed a bit pointless to me as everyone looks more or less the same as all they are doing is going around and around. So Woffenden Lambert King Cook , reserve not really bothered -

Holy s**t you are a stressy nessy arent you? What is it with you and Robert on here? Slightly concerning -
Nicholls should be nowhere near this side for the reasons mdmc82 has previously stated plus his form around Belle Vue this year has been pish, clearly he isn't investing in the type of machinery that would be required to gain even 3rd places let alone race wins in a world cup. So to quote Simon it's a no from me also. Stevie from Miranda would be better than Nicholls

Surprised no-ones picked up on the latest from inside todays speedway star about Conlon being announced as the company who will be responsible for the groundworks for the new stadium, i have one or two contacts within them so will have to see what i can divulge from them!

Swindon - Belle Vue 21.7.16

A win is desperately needed tonight as i think it's between us and Lakeside for that final top 4 spot as Wolves Aces and Poole will occupy top 3, tomorrow night is a defeat for sure so that would put Hammers level with us if we lose tonight with a match in hand? Maybe i'm overthinking it but nonetheless tonight is a must win more for us than Belle Vue but the loss of Stefan is a big blow much more relevant than it would had been earlier in the season especially with Wrighty not overly consistent but really not sure about Branford tonight , tomorrow not so bothered as Lakeside will muller us with another select side going there, clearly Jon Cook doesnt really care much about the quality of the opposition -

So if you dont think we have any chance of making or winning the PO's what's the your reasoning in making changes? Apparently Tungate rode ok tonight as he did at home v Wolves , i personally think we should make a couple of changes and bloody well go for it but i know we wont and i for one wouldnt discard Rohan to merely make life rosy for Nick again that is ridiculous It's missing what most other sides have a 7.5 rider behind Doyle -

Nick made his bed at the start of the season im afraid that's tough but we shouldnt drop others merely to make life easier for him -

Replace Tungy (who has for anyone's info) improved somewhat recently just to allow Nick to double up and that would improve our chances of winning the play off's? Lmao that's hilarious! For anyone's information i would had dropped Rohan a month or so ago but how harsh would that be now? Never expected anything from tonight but i didn't anticipate just laying down and giving in like that not this side.To win this league the side does need two changes but that isn't going to happen so no point in saying who i think should be replaced, hopefully Stefan will be back sooner than later as tonight showed how un EL Branford is with all respect , not Doyley's best night but there you go and Sedg and Grash have been giving it all recently so were now getting into the territory of who is the problem. We were s**t We can, we should, we wont Dont think Dakota would had made much difference this year, Aussie 6.5er if lucky, sound familiar? -
Did he actually say Poole fans? I think a fair few number of people expected a little bit more , as for the youngest Holder he is another who hasnt quite hit the heady heights expected even after just a season and a half and i believe 2017 is a little early for him as talented as he undoubtedly is
