I'd kinda disagree we have had a hell of a lot of rain today some of it quite heavy at times with lots of surface water and some mighty puddles..rain started to ease early evening and no more rain now until at least Friday so should be ok, track would had been left slick so the water should run off easy enough

Nail on head I thinkOne good ride at Cardiff and a shock win on a track that suited him at Belle Vue to boot, had a decent run of form after that but has never convinced me is is anything more than a slightly inconsistent 3rd heatleader

Some of the top boys must be a bit concerned as they can see how Freddie has helped with the development and looking so fast and balanced on the bike but are rather tied in with GM and respective tuners? If you have a sponsorship with GM would that equate to being more financially viable despite the tuning and maintenence costs as opposed to the cheaper to run GTR? Or would they be able to gain a GTR sponsorship? Just wonder how the deal Lindgren has works with Marcel??

Always found Darcy good as gold in any small dealings I've had with him in the past before and after at Swindon, when he rode against us for Poole I loved nothing better than us to beat him but away from the track no problem at all with him...felt he grew up a lot after his ban I mean yes he still may say the odd thing that irks some but he's not alone, Tai s similar in some respects but quite different in others but both are fascinating individuals. I tend to find some of the more experienced gp guys a bit hot and cold particularly Holder very hard to fathom out some times have had good experiences regarding him (no wise cracks) and a couple off tetchy ones, best to just leave alone there probably lol

I guess the fact Grondal was so ineffective at Poole and Somerset means we have little to lose and Dany is a real battler and certainly an upgrade in terms of ability so on that basis worth a go, plus average wise it's like for like at least until the new averages come out, like Bandits fans point out he's been there shining light so his confidence should be high plus we should win the 'best named reserve pairing of the year' award
