Speedway World Cup 2017

The other day you disagreed with my view on Lemo as TM , surely it starts from the top down and he has little control over his riders which surely isn't good enough? -
Ellis should remember who dumped on him this year, same as Holder ...perhaps he reminded Ford of him too much.....

The timing of Lagutas suspension stinks to high heaven, what a stroke by the Poles ahead of Saturday almost seems they kept the lid on this before a top side went out Tuesday , some things never really change -

Cardiff Gp Car Parking
hagonshocker replied to james1234's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Probably easier that way as more trains available going westwards as opposed to eastGetting the train on the Friday and coming back Sunday from Swindon with suitcase on wheels going first class save the hassle of parking in Cardiff as staying two nights -
Ellis moving back up is a blow and a bit of a cock up really that's basically a change for Gappmaier screwed plus can't use r/r for him when he's next unwell... I wonder when Porsing would be back riding as from the 10th I think he could fit in for Gappmaier??

Think the Danes really need to get Anders Thomson out there a bit more, such a good talent and also the likes of Rasmus Jensen and Andreas Lyager who both despite there iffy hit and miss experiences in the UK do have something about them...would like to see young Mikkel B. Andersen get his chance soon was disappointed he got stitched up over his average plus the likes of Freddie Jakobsen , I think with the Danish league slowly gaining more exposure and credibility will steadily bring young Danes on a bit more although unsure there grading system is a particularly good idea or not? Still think Denmark have more better young talent coming through than Sweden who have Thorsell coming through who I would maybe had picked over Linus? But after that who else? Berntzon seems to have stood still a bit so maybe he needs to come over because despite the stick the UK gets it still seems to have the ability to make or break Euro talent Oh I actually forgot another of similar standing to Thomsen and that is Mikkelsen who on his day is as good as anything in the Danish squad! So maybe not all bad just need a Danish motor union and TM to really concentrate on these guys -
About the only track I'd fancy a go round!

Anders has definitely come on a lot since last year really pleased for the boy

What like last year picking JG for the race off when he was barely prepared? You could even argue it was highly risky naming both Doyley AND Nick for KL considering there injury doubts ? Yes if JD thinks he's gonna make it fine especially when he could do what he did and replace his rides with Fricke but irrespective of whether Nick was further bashed about by the crash at KL it always looked a highly risky shout , look I like Mark but just feel the Aussies need someone a little less pally and a bit more ruthless it's been far too long since they even looked like winning it, saying that they'll probably step it up now and go and win it!

Brady for me he's on the up and really needs to be made a big part of Team Australia as I believe Masters has gone as far has he can, obviously Wolves fans will disagree but his riding style tends to leave him relying on his gating somewhat whereas Kurtz is far more natural , if Australia want to find the 'next Darcy' they need to realise BK then Jack are his and Holders natural replacements to back Doyley up over the next few years so Lemo stop arsing about and use them asap ....will add one thing extra and that is I really don't think Mark is the right man for that job
-
No I know I'm just replying to PooleBolton who said he'd be a number one over here
-
Thought as much

Morris out Masters in -
Nick out of SWC then
-
Madsen wouldn't be near number one anywhere not even Leicester! Nilsson Cook Holder Brady Doyle Lindgren , and at best be no better scoring wise than anyone at Somerset or Rye
-
Don't get me wrong I quite like Suzi Perry but almost seems a bit of a kick in the lady garden for Natalie to stick her in the pits as good an interviewer she is , be the same at Cardiff again I assume

Holder not convincing round there this year and Fricke seems fats better abroad , question marks on Nicks fitness so Aus there for the taking somewhat -
