He's started the season very well.

I asked this question when Buster Champman did a Q&A on Twitter. Basically said its something they are looking at in the future

If he rides that meeting then fans will have a right to be annoyed.

Harris has often rode for Coventry the night before a GP, he has even got to a meeting on a Sunday lunchtime after a GP. Tai could easily do the semi final on the Sunday afternoon he just doesn't want to make the effort to do it. After Warsaw GP the next one is 4 weeks later, how can a rider be burned out with this schedule? POL Saturday, GB Sunday, then Sweden and Poland on Tuesday and Sunday for the next 4 weeks, it a very sparse schedule.

Agree with this, anyone who thinks Tai isnt British need to give their head a wobble. With him being GB captain I just don't think its the right thing for the figurehead and Captain of GB Speedway to miss out on national championships or not even ride here at all. I dont buy the excuse of burning out, a lot of fans will be disappointed in this especially if he rides in Poland the same day as a semi final. We shall see on that one.

He shouldn't have accepted the GB captaincy if he's going to always look after number 1. A captain needs to show commitment to GB events and do that little bit extra.

There is also a semi final after the gp I believe but I'm sure he has one eye on Poland v Rest of the World meeting the same day. As captain and figurehead of GB speedway he should do the national championships, would he even do one meeting if he was seeded? I'm doubtful. His excuses are flimsy at best with logistics being an issue giving me a chuckle. He also commented that GB has no chance of winning the World Cup, what an inspiring captain he is.

If he indeed does ride in the Poland v Rest of the World meeting then we will know his statement is a lie and has just missed his national championships for money/sponsors. Surely the bare minimum for a GB captain is to actually ride in his national championships!

As GB captain doing the British Final is the least he could do. At least have a little bit of commitment to the cause!

KK has to be there so no issue with that but you have to wonder what they actually look at when sorting the fixtures list. Bates missing also.

Of course it had nothing to do with the promotion makes poor decsions during the picks.

He had an EL average in 2012.

They forgot to mention students were a fiver for the Storm yesterday until I pointed it out to them. The next press release did the add the student price.

He's done that too when he was wrongly excluded v Poole! His scores for Sheffield have been very good just needs a good meeting in a Bees race jacket and his EL form will improve.

Garrity will do more than fine in the 1-5 once he gets his equipment right. He's already blown an engine this season.

Absolutely. I've been lucky this year getting a 4% pay rise but previous 2 years I've had 1% and last year 0. Disposable income for people our age has continued to decrease while OAPs has increased and that trend will continue.

They are paying the same as every other adult, don't see how that isn't fair especially as an age group OAPs have more money than ever before and that will continue to rise. Why wasn't there moaning about the storm prices? No concession there either.

Weather is awful im Coventry at the moment. It is forecast to be dry from lunchtime but the track staff will have a hell of a lot of work to get it in any decent shape.

But every other age group is cheaper this season. I was paying £23 a meeting for me and my daughter now its only £17

It was but he still didn't want to be in it. If the rumours were true that a few clubs wanted him then I wouldn't want to be in the draft either. Why would a rider restrict where he could go when he can probably get a far better deal knowing that more than one club are after him? Its a short career and id have done the same and I suspect most others us would have too.
