Nothing wrong with the track last night but it didn't produce the best racing. Chris Louis pretty much made that assessment before the meeting started. It did get better towards the end to be fair.

To be honest riding King's Lynn with broken ribs is probably far easier than at Lakeside. He's obviously not fit, he also has a foot injury and several cuts and bruises.

King is an EL rider, has been for years. Get your point though we will struggle to get much over 30 tonight unless Sarj has a stormer taking the R/R rides. Garrity enjoys Lakeside to be fair too.

Can't do the week of bank holiday monday by all accounts. Preparing for the Stox world final for Friday and Saturday. It was alluded to in the Bees statement. Saved us from a likely farce. Wouldn't be surprised if Bomber changed his plans and rides next Friday. Fine it before for us.

Bomber has said he will be travelling to the GP. Suppose all the arrangements are already booked. KK is the wild card. Only have about 3 weeks to fit it all in and doesn't help that the stadium is unavailable for a week for the Stock Car world final weekend.

If you properly read what I posted you'd realise I said majority not all. Possibly but fixture wise GPs wouldn't be a problem. Would depend if he still wants 3 leagues.

IF we can keep the majority of this year's team I think we will have a good side next year. Garrity for example will be on a lower average than some of the other riders at his or below his level.

Palm Toft has had some decent meetings at Brandon. Might be able to get a few points but we will need the rest to step up to make up the points. Can't see it going ahead though, weather looks horrific tomorrow.

You mixing two different things. The leagues and then team GB, this is about GB. Tai has suggested ways of improving GBs chances in future years, he has only in the last year or two talked to the bspa about it. Far as I can see the bspa have implemented some of his recommendations like a training weekend for GB squad abroad and the Poultec academy to learn all aspects of life and racing. To implement a fitness and nutrition programme would take time and money. Things like this cannot happen over night especially if it's to be done properly. We cannot have a situation where a rider says if you don't do this, this and this I'm not riding. That's holding the governing body to ransom especially when funds are extremely limited. I entirely agree the bspa need to make huge decisions regarding the domestic leagues and have failed over a number of years.

Bomber wears extra protection. Trust me I've spoke to him a few times before meetings, there isn't much of him at all. Same with the others.
