The bspa confirmed today it's still at Coventry on the 8th. Newman doesn't get the credit because of two reasons, 1 he is still an EDR rider and hasnt left that comfort zone. 2, his PL average is poor compared to some other EDR and the likes of Garrity. Get him in the top 5 for a season and if he performs then he will get the praise a bit like Garrity did this year.

Why would the bspa ban him as a promoter it's not like he's done a runner, he has a dispute with Sandhu. Rugby Council think there is a lease beyond this year so I think that's quite telling. Pretty much sums up what I think this 'dispute' is about.

The local plan for Brandon says about leases being in force is one reason it isn't on it so I guess they have been. The bspa can't decide who runs a stadium, that's not within their jurisdiction.

No he shouldnt! If a rider is going to be reassessed it should be based on here and now, not something they did 9 years ago. You think it's fine that they should base an assessed average from 9 years ago yet you're moaning about Tai's average he achieved 2 years ago!

You need someone to run the stadium. Sandhu pays the land owner a fee to run the stadium then the speedway and stox pay rent to Sandhu for use of that facility. Food and drink money will mainly go to Sandhu and probably lying some to the land owner. From next year Horton will be running it so he will pay the land owner a fee but in return will get rent from the Stox and food and drink plus what he makes from speedway.

As Rugby Council said to Coventry Telegraph when asked, a football stadium will have to be included in a local plan and Brandon is totally unsuitable for a football ground. I will post it again and perhaps you will grasp it this time, Brandon is not on the draft local plan.

King can't replace Fricke as his average is too high! They will have to pick someone else! Also Bomber was better than Thorsell in the double header at Monmore a month or so ago.

We were told it wouldn't be but the draft local plan was released today which confirmed it.
