  1. His average would mean he would be a 2nd string. Hansen average is probably a little too high to sign Another great signing on that average. That's two who can increase their average, a big bonus.
  2. I assume they are allowed to keep assets that were signed before the ruling was made.
  3. There was only a .5 difference between KK home and away average in 2016.
  4. The clubs won't average 50 points between the 9 of them either so don't see the issue of having riders over 12.
  5. You can. Riders can only have their averages recalculated if they've missed 3 years, Tai only missed 2. His average was what he gained fairly in 2014, it was low but it was a genuine average. Lindback was given an average based on what exactly? It wasnt because he was 8th in the World ( ahead of Zagar and Iversen at the time) or how he was performing in other leagues at the time but the 7 was given based on an average he got during a season NINE years ago! It's supposed to be based on what they can do NOW not 9 years ago.
  6. If the majority of clubs sign 2 pointers then it's a fair enough signing but I can see a few clubs having stronger number 7s which will see Shanes struggle.
  7. That side would probably be the favourites. We can hope.
  8. We can have Garrity in the side long as the 4th rider is someone who can challenge to be a heat leader like Schelin. With Sarjeant I agree his average is just too high when you look at other riders on a similar average.
  9. Yep, he's even got a wildcard into the Longtrack GP series! Might miss a meeting or two for Rye House though.
  10. Didn't say it'll only be them 2 either challenging. He not likely to say King, Bjerre and Fricke (for example) will challenge for the number one spot when no other signings have been announced as of yet.
  11. I'd suggest it was more that Jim Lynch is now our manager although the new sponsorship deal may have helped.
  12. Some great promotion work being done for Coventry Speedway at Motorcycle live. Kenneth Hansen is there Tuesday.....
  13. Yet he was run off away from being a GP rider in 2017.
  14. I'd say Jim Lynch being Bees manager was a factor in Bjerre joining Coventry.
  15. That would be ideal but it's easier said than done.
  16. Agree with this. I like Kerr and his average looks decent value but Sarjeant just looks too high, I assume he had a decent home average at Ipswich? Thing is with Sarj if you asked me in 2015 if he would average 5.8 in the top division for 2017 of would've said yes but last season he went backwards for me. Think the side would be better with a Schlein then a lower average reserve.
  17. I would be shocked if the rumoured line up is the actual line up. Kerr will surely go back to Kings Lynn for starters.
  18. I'm not sure we will see Sarj in the side. Good start to team building, sounds like the team is pretty much complete and we will get announcements soon enough.
  19. Probably getting 2+2 =5 but I wonder Neil being on here today means a rider signing is imminent.
  20. I put this team up on Facebook earlier King/Fricke Kylmakorpi K. Bjerre Schlein L. Bjerre Bates Ayres/2 pointer
  21. Reserve will be a lot stronger than most that's for sure but probably better replacing Sarj for someone with around 3 points and strengthening the top 5. Don't think that'll be the side anyway.
  22. He passed him more than once if I remember correctly. Bellego looked rubbish that night (possibly mechanical) but to be fair I've seen him have decent meetings too.
