I very much doubt Horton has had much if any input. Sandhu always said he'll provide a new site so we will see. So a pre planning application went in 25th August, the group have worked hard.

He is connected that isn't in doubt but it seems relationships turned sour! Sandhu didn't sell to Brandon Estates, it was sold twice very quickly it seems. David Rowe from Keep Bees on Track says they are "aware" of a new site and they'll give a statement today.

Wouldn't be surprised if some people are unhappy with Horton spilling the beans about a potential site if there genuinely is one. Things like that can be sensitive and make or break a deal.

IF there was a chance of running at a lower level at a different venue next year then Horton shouldn't be anywhere near it. For it to stand any chance of success it needs fresh people involved, fans just don't trust Horton and wont get behind something with him involved. Also why announce to the press there is a possibility of a site found. We have had so many disappointments, how about tell us something when something has actually been achieved!

I was going to mention it was only a couple of years ago Doyle was knocking riders off for fun.

Not sure the standard of rider compares to safety. Doyle even said in an interview on BT that in a GP series he knows which riders he can trust and ones he cant and that's the pinnacle of the sport. Agree with set race nights though but for me that's more about sorting the double up issue rather than having the better riders back.

I'm sure there has been instances where a rider rode for his other team after a postponement.

Buster need to bring someone in to help him. Seems to me he's doing to much on his own with Dale being unwell and Rob Lyon leaving. That could prove a better signing than any rider.

If they could get 11-12 teams then can do one home one away and have 2 groups for a KOC. That would give at least 16 home meetings without playoffs and extra KOC meetings.

He did the same for Coventry last season before his home GP.

Don't see how you can blame Buster for the amount of injuries in one meeting. Kings Lynn have been massively unfortunate with injuries tonight, could've easily been Wolves in that position. Not sure how the referee can start the 2nd meeting with one team with 4 riders. Maybe Kings Lynn would get a punishment for an abandonment but at least the fans would've got a decent refund back.

With the strength of the Premiership now it wouldn't surprise me if a couple of clubs did make the step up.

Maybe the promotion/relegation playoff is scrapped because the league structure will change next year?

That was before the track work. Once that was done they continued to ride. The problem is the rest didn't back up Holder, if they all did they the meeting would've been called off/abandoned. It sounds like Poole were keen to continue as they knew the feeling in the Kings Lynn ranks and several Kings Lynn riders were willing to carry on too. You cannot have one man leaving work while the rest carry on and not expect some sort of ban/charge.

Not sure you could ever tell going by what averages they are getting at different home tracks. Plus I doubt if we were running that would be the side now, all others have changed and some of those riders have been injured.

I was wondering if he'll get a further ban for his posts on Twitter. Calling people names is not what a professional sportsman should be doing as Lewis Bridger found out. He couldn't even be bothered to turn up and defend himself, says everything!

One thing BT do which i like is giving action and results of previous meetings since their last broadcast. A simple thing which gives a part time fan an update on how things are shaping up.

If it was ever a thought of having a 2nd British GP at a temporary venue then I don't see them doing it at a huge stadium. A second one could possibly attract 20,000 but would have the issue of no roof. They put a temporary track down for Horsens so they do it.

Cheers. I'm sure fans drinking their own cans of beer on my last visit. Despite riders missing I'm still looking forward to this. Plenty of ex Bees on show but the family are excited to see Bomber ride. A fair few Bees fans are coming to this it seems. I did have Peterborough to win but now think it'll be Glasgow.
