I wouldnt be surprised if the BSPA let the clubs involved release the information themselves. The BSPA didnt announce anything when the original decisions were made.

Points limit was certainly right and it helps not having assessed foreign riders making a mockery of a low average. Obviously need to sort out the issue of assets and im not 100% sure the new doubling up rule will be successful.
I agree ive said this on elsewhere on this forum, i expect the EL will be tighter this year.
I dont think Proctor or Thorsell will improve either and Skornicki is a very poor signing i cant see him averaging over 6 at all.
Two seperate promotions have now said that the BSPA have ruled on some ofthe issues raised. I think it would be highly unlikely they are both making it up. Why they havent put it on there website i dont know but the site isnt known to be up to date often
According to the Peterborough who also mentioned it in there press release. The BSPA didnt announce that KL had to buy Schlein after they tapped him up and also havent announced there findings about Peterborough against Swindon and KL, they have seem to have left it to the promotions involved.
Klindt will average more that Skornicki in 2013 i think. Skornicki is a poor signing and his average is only going to go one way especially as 3rd heatleader.
Exactly, most riders are earning in 2 or more EU countries so i dont see how it can become a restrictment of earning just because they are not riding here.
I think Coventry were allowed to talk to Hans because originally we were the only club willing to buy him at a price Peterborough accepted. Obviously now it seems Swindon are happy to buy him so now they just have to agree a fee.
It has come out today that Iversen can join KL on loan while Swindon have to buy Batchelor, it should be the other way round in my opinion. Also says that the BSPA ruled that KL had to buy Schlein as they illegelly tapped him up aswell. Peterborough have turned down offers for Andersen also.
