  1. To be honest the promoters probably know the format but we the fans are left waiting for it to be announced. Isnt Phil Morris in charge of sorting the format? I would guess they will announce the format and fixtures together.
  2. No chance with the reserve pairing we have.
  3. We had heavy rain and hail yesterday afternoon 2 miles from Brandon, that and the stock cars the other day would have made it difficult to get the track ready. Hopeful of a restaging as I couldn't make the original date!
  4. To be fair Milik has done a lot more on the World stage compared to Porsing. It shouldn't just be based on what divisions they have rode in but also what they have done on the world stage ie under 21s, world cups and gp qualifiers. The way it is though 4 seems fair as they are using other leagues only.
  5. I agree decent racing is the priority but my point was a close meeting brings anticipation and interest, a last heat decider can be thrilling despite it being gate and go. I think the way teams are panning out closer meeting will happen.
  6. Dont think Milik will score much away from home but when he gets dialled in at Poole he will be a decent 2nd string. As a Bees fan id prefer the 2nd strings we have (Fisher and Howarth).
  7. Leicester home and away on Good Friday will be 2 good meetings with decent crowds.
  8. Surely the entertainment can be a tight meeting too, not knowing which way the result could go.
  9. Thanks for that, just thought it was a possibility. I didnt realise he made it to a PL number 1!
  10. Thats what we all want a good competitive league, looking at the teams I think they have stumbled onto a system which should ensure close meetings more often.
  11. Could it be that Birks was offered a place in the draft but turned it down as he was originally assured a 1-5 spot?
  12. I almost put Eastbourne in my prediction because of their home form.
  13. I will just predict the top 4, Belle Vue Impressive top 4 but a little worried who the 5th will be. Will still have enough to comfortably make the play offs Kings Lynn I think they will start slowly but then pick up when Lambert and Porsing get used to EL racing, having a feeling they will peak come play off time Poole If they sign Shamek then Poole should make play offs again, Newman as a reserve could be big for Poole and will be interesting to see how Josh handles being inthe 1-5 Coventry Rock solid top 5 and have probably the best reserve pairing. Howarth signed as a 4 pointer but was averaging 6 for Swindon was an astute signing. A team that looks like it can pick up points away from home which can be key. Im probably miles out but hey ho.
  14. If Pawlicki was in the main body we would still had won. Poole lost it because Holder and Ward only scored 20 between them in the 2 legs. We won the tie by 22 points!
  15. The EL is too difficult to predict next year, I can see it being close from top to bottom.
  16. Its a superb cause, it was on Children in need a few weeks back with Gary Barlow. I will certainly put my hands in my pockets for this.
  17. Brilliant stuff from Mick, obviously there will be a link with Coventry and hopefully that can benefit both clubs.
  18. Its my opinion. Looking at what riders the PL are signing id say they dont want to know.
  19. The PL didnt want Brits at reserve hence many of the sides having shocking foreigners filling spots. I know what id prefer to spend my money on, the reserve heats will be entertaining. They can and will take points off each other and im glad we wont have a MJJ/Pawlicki at reserve.
  20. All sides look fairly equal to me and thats what we want isnt it, good close racing and meetings. Im looking forward to the season ahead it will be interesting to see which NL riders improve.

  22. Tai Woffinden confirmed to have signed for Wolves.
  23. I think he is more comfortable on big tracks, I dont think Lakeside suited him to much. He is a good gater as we seen in the gps which is essential at Leicester so I hear.
