I'm really not a fan of guests, I prefer R/R even though it makes a meeting longer. At least its your own riders then and not relying on a rival so to speak.

No contest GP's for me. I can go to a world event in a world class stadium every year, whats not to like? Also much more likely getting the best rider that year being World Champ.

I agree, in Coventry where I live id say most people know what speedway is and know who the Coventry Bees are. Certainly in my place of work the sport is known by most. Tai Woffinden is the perfect role model for my kids, stays out of trouble, talks well and has a determination to succeed. My daughter idolises him and I have no problem with that apart from when she cheers for him against the Bees!

Im struggling to find one in Coventry! The few places I know stock it havent got any left. I suppose if you cant watch speedway because the track is awful you might aswell read about it!

Anyone taking over the club would have had to accept that deal. It was accept the deal or no Coventry Bees it seems.

How do you know he wasnt? Not that it matters as once again the track curator does the opposite of what riders said should be done.. What can Horton do with someone so narrow minded. The guy works for Coventry Stadium and not Coventry Speedway. The stadium want to employ their OWN staff.Even if Horton employed someone who could help with track prep would this guy listen? I dont think so.

How is this the promotions fault? The track was in far better condition this morning, we had no rain so how did it get into the state its in? Coventry Stadium have a lot to answer.

Roynon was there from lunchtime and confirms NO rain fell. The new track curator again refused to blade the track but instead put dry shale over wet shale and tried to pack it down. Coventry Stadium obviously have to sort this out, Havvy isnt sure about this Polish guys credentials.

That just the mud from the tractors tyres. When you see a wider picture the centre area its bone dry.

I can honestly tell you from the pics I seen this morning the track was raceable.

The track although not ideal was raceable this morning and with the whole day to prepare you would hope for a half decent race track. I have no Idea what theyve been doing up there today. It seems theyve soaked the track themselves!

I seen pictures earlier and it looked ok, far as im aware no rain at Brandon today.
