  1. I think our reserves will outscore Pooles but we will need Howarth and Fisher to have good nights which I think they can. Bomber usually goes well around Poole so im hoping he can get 7+ and I just Hope Hans is fit enough to gate and get some points. Away from home we shouldnt expect to much from Hansen, anything more than 4 will be job done. Do I think we will get a losing point? No, but I think we will can be competitive!
  2. Bomber is Britains number 3 (number 2 if you don't include Nicholls) so of course he deserves his place in the qualifying rounds. Its upto the youngsters to be above him in a British Final then they will deserve a spot.
  3. A fully fit Hans would give us a chance of an away point, an injured Hans who scored 0 against 2nd rate opposition on Sunday means we have no chance. Of course we like committed riders riding through the pain barrier but not to the detriment of themselves and the team. Hans riding with this injury could do damage long term which helps nobody. I hope he scores double figures but it isn't likely and a guest like Kildemand would have scored decent points.
  4. I am listening but don't agree and I have also given Harris criticism in the past. I don't think its fair when you see what other number 5s are scoring around the league.
  5. I can see a Wolves win, looking at what Lambert scored there last year he will struggle to beat Morris and Jacobs. Kings Lynn heat leaders might secure them a point though.
  6. Not the point, his job is to beat other heat leaders and not to be beaten by 2nd strings he did that. Bomber still has the 2 highest away scores riding at 5 ( 1 Bees and 1 guest appearance) so in fact he has started the season better than most other number 5s. So he beat Schlein then.
  7. I think Leicester will get the win but Lakeside to take an away point.
  8. If Hans does miss this meeting we should get Kildemand in as guest.
  9. He beat Bjerre (twice) and Schlein two of the three heatleaders and didnt lose to the 2nd strings, done his job.
  10. A fit Hans and Howarth in the side and the Bees couldve won but Kings Lynn look good this year. Why are people having a pop at Bomber, he scored 8 from the number 5 position. Looks at his heats they are all tough, the number 5 position is a graveyard position for riders generally looking at scores at other meetings. He also wont face a tougher top 3 than KL and on the whole I can take positives out of the result overall
  11. The order of the list changes every month depending on the form of the rider. We are in the same boat with Sarjeant he is far better than his position in the list.
  12. Blayne Scroggins has also said no concern for tonight.
  13. You would hope they would easily sort that out as they have had all week. A bit concerning considering theyve just relaid that part of the track to sort that hole.
  14. He wasnt great for Kings Lynn the year before either, i think he has only beaten reserves on his last two visits. I would have thought it would be a track he would be decent at.
  15. Id agree with Janowski is the better prospect but over the meetings between Cov and Poole this season there scores should be similar overall.
  16. Its been posted on one of the Coventry Bees fans facebook groups that the track was left in good condition after the Stock Cars and doesnt see a problem, should be a good night of racing.
  17. Riders of the calibre of Cook should have more than two bikes and if not he shouldnt be guesting.
  18. There should be NO special dispensation of any form for any club, thats what gets the sport into a mess! Stick to the rules!
  19. Anyone on the draft list apart from Kerr. Newman, Blackbird Nielsen or Jacobs for me, not sure if they have other commitments tomorrow. EDIT only Nielsen is available tomorrow
  20. It seems Zagar and Cook have only bought one bike with them tonight according to several tweets.
  21. Howarth is a big miss no doubt about that. Need Vissing to beat the reserves and either Porsing or Lambert and he would have done his job. Hansen the key for this match, signed for his liking of Brandon so needs to take some victories off Kings Lynn top 3.
  22. No thanks, with doing the GP qualifiers and im assuming the SEC qualifiers (which we wouldnt get a facility for I believe) he would miss far to many meetings. The extra point could come in useful if injures play a part, much more scope for replacements.
