Its a good job the World Cup is at the end of July and and not beginning of May. Plenty of time for riders form to change around, a good showing in the race off is the most we should expect. The U21 side looks promising though!

Of course Summers is a good choice of guest at Brandon, away from home its a different story though.

It wouldve been better if the promotion didnt have to let Chris Simpson go, I dont think that was entirely their choice. Having said that surely they could link up with one of the radio stations for presentation and music.

Nice to see Bomber pull it back after a poor result in his first ride. Its a good result for us, I can see Lakeside making the play offs the way they are going at the moment.

Bees to win by 10 and Bomber to score 8+ (hopefully).

If you ask who fans would have at the start of the season Nicholls or Harris with their starting average most would have Harris. I'm hoping Harris does his usual and improve as the season develops, if we drop him I can see us regretting it and another team benefitting.

Bombers previous 2 performances for the Bees were decent and expected more from him at Lakeside. Needs a decent score at Brandon on Monday to appease the fans.

The difference is he gated on par with everyone else but then was passed in pretty much every race. He also rode some strange lines which to me suggests his bike(s) are also not performing. I see he only scored 2 at lakeside last year but before that he usually did well there. He is a superb talent and if I was Horton id sign him up as an asset asap.

I have to say that was poor from him tonight. Good second half performance and almost snatched a point in the end.

I'd say Luke Crang would be a good shout for Poole, he put some decent scores in for Redcar early season.

Ellis missing is a big plus for the Bees, gaining a point is certainly possible.

I think its fair to say Poole and Coventry get the biggest crowds and Birmingham the lowest. Difficult to know actual crowd levels, you could have a very good crowd at Brandon and it still look fairly empty.

Lee Smart would beat Janowski at Brandon looking at past form.
