Didnt watch the meeting as I'm at work but reading Mr Bee updates on twitter it seems we threw silly points away early on and no one can do that against Kings Lynn. Fisher scoring poorly again and Howarth away form and missing meetings is a concern. I said the other day I'm wondering if they are looking at making a double change? Seems a no brainer to bring in Larsen otherwise. I predicted a defeat and to come away with nothing but I thought we couldve hit 40 points! One positive was Bombers score, always seems to ride well at Kings Lynn and that's why he is a certainty in the GB side for the World Cup.

Perhaps a pre match meeting would be best? Many fans travel a good way to support the Bees and would be the best way to get a decent turnout?

Maybe because he has rode well for us apart from 2 away meetings, shame his PL commitments have meant he has missed out on a few meetings for the Bees.

Id think he would get a couple more points than Robson, good to see a full strength Bees side!

Does he employ the track staff? If so Ford is responsible for track prep.

Andersen and Harris usually do well at KL and Hansen should enjoy the track. We really need Garrity to mix it with Kerr, Kerr has been outstanding so far but recently Garrity has been going well. I dont think we will get a point but we will get close 50-40.

To be fair he wouldve been crazy to turn the GP spot down and I'm not sure he would class himself as world class. Also his scores are pretty much where I expect them to be, riding at 5 is very difficult but a couple of away performances have been way below par. He will no doubt improve as the season goes on that's usually the Bomber way.

Thank god Bomber doesnt have that attitude. We may not think he will win a gp but he goes in to win, thats a personal goal and he may hinder that by missing practice to ride for us. Most would have been much more selfish and not ride on Friday so he gets all the respect from me. By the way doing well in a GP would earn much more than an EL meeting.

You don't let it go do you? He has changed his travel plans to ride for us Friday night that wouldve probably come at some personal expense. Most if not all the other gp riders wouldn't have been bothered whether there club had a meeting Friday night. Fair play on him putting the Bees first before any personal goal.

Maybe just maybe he will stop getting the undeserved flak. Just need to know if we will get a facility for Hansen or not even though I think we will win anyway. We should clean up at reserve.

Ah ok, I did think it changed back that they had to be there to declare there place but im obviously wrong on that. Maybe Harris will ride then? EDIT, Bomber rides on Friday.

I have a feeling they might be looking at making 2 changes, Howarth missing again on Thursday. He must have missed half of our meetings so far.

Decent guest for Howarth at Lynn, where is Howarth anyway? Starting to think we need to make a change there, not because of his form but because he is never riding for us! EDIT: Howarth riding at Sheffield.

Far as I'm aware GP riders have to be at the practice on Friday.

Although im not sure if it makes any difference its not the same. They moved the dates of the meeting for tv coverage it wasnt rescheduled because of a postponement. As with the Peterborough meeting it wasnt resheduled after a postponement. Changed dates for tv coverage. Id hope the promotion got some notification over this one way or another even though I would still understand why they decided to put the meeting on this date. Is Steve Worrall available for Friday?

Its only a non facility if a rider decides to ride a danish fixture instead of a British fixture (not re-arranged) as the British fixture takes priority, that's Michelsen was missing for Eastbourne on Wednesday and no facility was allowed.

As someone on the facebook page pointed out we only have one free friday from now till September and thats the day before Cardiff, shows how tight our fixtures are. Looks like we will have to run some meetings on a non race night.

Lets just say id take a point now. Key man for us is Garrity if he can take some points off Porsing, Lambert or Kerr then we might sneak a point.

So there is money put aside for a stadium, that's good to hear if its true. There must be land around that isn't earmarked for housing like near the airport or on the outskirts of the city.
