I think there would've been a bigger crowd on Thursday but the situation with guests will put people off. I'm hoping a few conversations are going on to try and get riders to be at Brandon.

I've always thought the curfew was at 11pm but last year's meeting against KL went past that didn't it. Personally I think it's the stadium that decide when the curfew is. They called off a 2nd half after the Bees a few weeks back.

Sisus 'investors' are supposedly funding the club although of course they just place the debt onto the club. The club last year reportedly owed Sisu 60m! It could be another storm in a tea cup which we get often on Coventry threads and Barker may be riding, who knows! It seems Harris is riding the double header which is good news!

Seems crazy that we sign him then announce a double header against Eastbourne when Plymouth has a fixture. I know dates are tight so hopefully an agreement has been reached, Plymouth not going for the play offs or anything.

I think this event could work in the long run more so if Britain embraces a squad system. Looking forward to the Bees being involved next year! Oh and try and spread it around not just in Poland every year!

Although I don't blame Mjj for wanting to ride in the Swedish play off the management had to make a stand here. Some posters who are moaning about guests for Thursdays are now advocating we go to Belle Vue with a PL 6 pointer in a heat leader position! Had we used a proper guest he would've been banned for 28 days anyway! I also think people need to read it again, MJJ resigned from British Speedway what are they supposed to do!
