Walasek signed for Leicester so that rules him out. I hope Horton can pull something out of the bag, a Pawlicki, Milik or Mads would give us a chance.

Done deal. There is a few that do fit it's whether they want to ride in Britain and then ride at/for Coventry. Klindt did say he was having a year off riding in Britain but then again so did Bjarne.

Horton shouldn't of promised (if he did) but if he had concerns then he is right to not lend Bridger his money. Maybe the new signing will be more financially beneficial to the club.

This is the kind of post as to why I don't post that often on here anymore. Just no need for it. When I was a kid he was one of my hero's so seeing him on a bike years later will bring back memories, same with Andersen to a lesser extent.

I'd say the line is average so far and I'd think a few big names will be added. Looking forward to the K.Tatum v B.Andersen v C.Louis races.

I've slated the bloke over the last couple of pages but at least I use perspective and not think every issue is Hortons fault. Absolutely and he wouldn't have signed for a second season. The issue with Hansen seems to me being something in the contract being misunderstood regarding kevlars not that Horton can't pay. Hansen has now been paid it seems. Not really I comment how I see it. I will give him stick, ie the NSSC draw the fiasco with the double header where season tickets required to pay and sacking Chris Simpson for liking a post on Facebook. Hansen issue seems a contact issue regarding when payment of kevlars was required which has now been sorted. I actually found the guy a bit arrogant but I will comment on how I see it not use my feelings on the guy. Erm I was on about the situation regarding the Kevlars! Also if you read the last couple of pages you will see he has had a lot of criticism of me so don't see how I'm leading a sheltered life. It seems you just read part of a paragraph and jump on it instead of reading what's actually being said!

Let's be honest the thing between Horton and Hansen seem to be more of a contract issue than anything else, no other riders had issues far as I'm aware. As I said earlier I'd have paid him as we don't really need the hassle but I'm not in Hortons position. Let's not forget Coventry is i believe one of only a few clubs that reimburses riders for club Kevlars. None of us on the bsf would last 5 minutes at a club if that constitutes a sacking offence. I like things on facebook out of sarcasm sometimes, people can't just assume what you are thinking. At least have the decency to ask them directly.

Which is why I thought they were compensated once returned. I've been told that's what happens at Coventry but of course that could be wrong. No other riders had issues on this, why only Hansen? He does good then balances it with some insane decisions. There was such a buzz going into this season and from one text message it's gone flat

It seems Horton and Hansen are in dispute over Kevlars. Hansen wants his money back but I always assumed riders get there money back when they are returned? I'd just pay him back, not worth the hassle.

There is no delay, they have upto 45 days to notify Darcy of the decision. Funny that Darcy or any of his representatives hasn't mention that fact. He is being treated no different to anyone else, in fact others have waited longer for hearings.

Someone on twitter just said ISIS hostages get treated better than Darcy has. I have no words.

Imagine the uproar if WADA deemed his ban to lenient. Ward and his fans will break down the Internet!
