I'm sure he will improve, but is he going to improve so rapidly that he can average 6.50 or more in the next couple of weeks? Because that's what we will need from our number 4 if we want to have a good go at making the play offs, it's a tough league this season. I think he is not at EL standard yet and needs to go and develop himself in the PL for a while first. I'd like to see what he does at Brandon on Friday, hes ridden there before and put in a quick time so he should know what to expect. We have time and room to make changes if necessary in the next month, if he and Robson continue scoring low then I'm sure changes will happen.

You have to give Jamrog a few more meetings, it will be a pressure meeting for him on Friday. He has to improve.

The only one to get a double figure score? Beat all of Leicesters top 5 apart from Doyle. Not a scintillating score but acceptable from Harris as a number 5 away from home. I'd question other areas of the side.

You would at least hope Robson and Jamrog beat the reserves. I don't put too much on these challenges but it's a tad concerning.

Without Hans I think we will lose by ten. Be interesting to see how Jamrog goes in this format.

With Hansen he had British experience and in the few times he rode Brandon it pointed to being a Brandon specialist, that never materialised. The Brits and Hans have all had plenty of heats at Brandon so you can be confident they would do well but it's all guesswork with the Pole.

Really? I would be surprised if that did happen. Apart from Wolverhampton there really isn't a lot between the sides on paper. I wouldn't have thought we will lose many at home now we have a genuine 3rd heat leader and that all riders do well at Brandon generally (don't know about Jamrog). None of them will miss meetings either which will hinder other sides. I do think we may struggle away from Brandon. People have a vision that Jamrog won't do well but we have no idea if he will do well or not to be honest.

Its basically a pre season friendly and fans should know that beforehand. Prices should be reduced to reflect this though.

People seem to assume Jamrog will fail which is poor. At least give him a few meetings before forming an opinion. Anyone averaging higher than Hans and Chris in Poland deserves that chance. Scored 8 at Berwick in 4 rides including 2 race wins and one fall. The opposition wasn't great but did beat Richie Worrall which is the type of rider he will be up against. Hansen scored 6 in the same meeting.

I agree. I think it's more that we have a generally unknown rider in Jamrog, I think it's right to be wary that he may fail but even so changes can be made early. If he doesn't fail and does his job then we will be up there around the top 4. Wouldn't be surprised if he was like Zengota, good at home, awful away.

Pedersen tweeted he is riding. Blow the cobwebs away and no injuries is more important than the result.
