There was passing especially later on in the meeting. Hans move in heat 13 was particularly good considering I dont think we seen that once from him in 2014. Heat 15 was typical Bomber at Brandon when passing Walasek.

I will fully back that.

I couldn't hear properly but I think Harris said something about he asked riders who are now in the pairs event in Poland the day before.

Garrity and Sarjeant will dominate most meetings at Brandon this season. Lambert will do ok for Leicester but number 7s in general will find it tough at Brandon. I hope the doom and gloom has been lifted. Apart from Jamrog it was a very good performance.

So you don't think he was quick enough but was slow out of the gate? Everyone around me had the same opinion as me. He was miles behind Lambert and past him but if he isn't going to get out of the gate then he will need to be replaced as he can't give 10 yard advantage to riders going into the first bend. He was literally standing still at the start line. Think Horton might be looking to replace him soon.

I said jokingly it was from the 1940s! Terrible. As for the meeting Hans was outstanding and Bombers move in the last heat was brilliant beating an unbeaten Walasek. Garrity and in particular Sarjeant superb down at reserve, they will be a super partnership at Brandon this season. The result was even better than I predicted. Onwards and upwards. Just need to get Jamrog out of the gate and he will score points.

I dont see how thats defending him, it's what I believe I seen. His scores are not good enough and I'm offering an opinion on why that is. If he doesn't sort it he will deserve to be shipped out. All I'm saying is I believe it a set up issue that he can't get out of the gate, there is no drive and he is 15 yards behind everyone else going into the 1st bend. He doesn't gate that badly in Poland I'm sure looking at his scores.

Watching Jamrog he is certainly quick enough but he is miles behind out of the gate. Can only be a set up issue, his practice starts have no drive either.

Garrity had the beating of Auty last season when he guested at Brandon. Should be a couple of decent heats involving those two! Had sun pretty much all day, hopefully the track will be prepared similar to last week where it seems it was very good.

I see the plans involve housing. Sandhu could do something similar and not knock Brandon stadium down.

Always seems to score solidly at Brandon, a perfect 3rd heat leader in that respect.

Bomber has already stated that he has tried to get riders that he has ridden with at club level. Two more riders still to be announced I wonder if he will name them at tomorrow's meeting.

The same Robson that scored 15+2 v Wolves at the back end of the season while Karlsson scored 4! A double figure score in the other time he guested at number 2. King scored 12 of Wolves 34 points that night. We still don't know how Jamrog will turn out yet at Brandon so no one knows how it will pan out. Changes can also be made if riders are not performing.

It seems it has been changed it was said in the same statement if I remember correctly, I think to 10.30pm but possibly 10.45pm? The King's Lynn one a couple of years back was past 11pm so not sure when it was changed.

All meetings are £18 similar with most clubs, Bees have cheaper kids prices than pretty much most of the league which is good for me and family. Programme is optional but I think it's 2.50? I have an app that I use so haven't bought a programme in a while.

Yeah that's true for a double header, there is a curfew for meetings on Fridays I think it was confirmed 10.30pm after the shambles last season. On Saturdays the curfew is longer for the stox I believe.

I agree that a challenge meeting should be a few quid less but the Bees promotion do a few offers during the season.
