  1. Don't think the date helped, riders having to ride in Poland and the pairs meeting Saturday etc. £20 for me is still decent value to see 27 heats plus the junior rides if people get there early enough. To be fair I'd have paid 20 quid if it was Harris and an NL line up, he deserves his big day.
  2. I'm glad I put a bet on the Bees before the season started!. Great move from the club, something would have to seriously go wrong if we don't make the top 4 now.
  3. Jamrog will only get 3 rides especially when Garrity is superb round there.
  4. It's not like Janet is taking the dog for a walk in the pits. The noise travels a fair distance before it reaches the crowd and a speedway bike is hardly loud these days. Everyone who owns motorbike cannot have a dog then?
  5. Don't hoover the house or cut the grass because the noise will scare a dog, ridiculous!
  6. Bomber wins the Banks Olympique at Wolves.
  7. He has had 4 meetings now in Britain and not shown anything to suggest a change in form. Only beaten Newman, Lambert and Bates.
  8. Sounds like he is on form. Unfortunately Jamrog is going for the Olympic rings.
  9. If Horton thinks we are one rider away from being virtually invincible then get Kylmakorpi in.
  10. Yeah you are never quite sure what you will get when you bring over a rider to Britain. Sowka is a good example of someone who completely failed over here, Jamrog could be another!
  11. Only 2 rides from the reserves isn't it? Walasek and Wozniak can take RR rides for Michelsen.
  12. Of course that's all that matters to us but the point he made was he is sub standard. He has shown some form abroad and a risk was taken but at the minute that risk is failing. Shows he is capable but whether we see it is a different story.
  13. Coventry is probably the one club where you can't say they don't give Brits a chance. Rules prevent us signing a Brit as we can't sign another d/u rider. To be fair Jamrog is of a higher standard than the likes of Bomber and Andersen in Poland.
  14. Possibly. To be fair I haven't seen any actual plans so temporary seating could be an option if they were to host big meetings.
  15. Josh Bates replaced Harris according to the updates I've just seen.
  16. As it will be a speedway and greyhound venue then the large events will likely be speedway and greyhounds. I don't think a regular speedway league meeting counts as a large event on tv or watching it live. Just shows you need this type of capacity. King's Lynn was jam packed for the SWC last season.
  17. 2,500 isn't big enough for the big meetings they say they hope to attract. King's Lynn holds 6,000 (?) and it's jam packed for the SWC. Belle Vue will hold 6,000 and more when temporary stands are needed, I can only assume the paper has the capacity wrong if they are serious at holding top events.
  18. Confirmed he has a groin injury so had to pull out. Wouldn't know how he got the injury though but not finishing 2 heats before pulling out does suggest something isn't right.
  19. Bomber pulled out of his 3rd ride at the ELRC after not finishing the 1st two rides. Bike problems or ill?
  20. You'd think Doyle would stay for the trophy presentation.
  21. Not necessarily, plenty of time/points to make a change if needed.
  22. 2,500? You won't be attracting major speedway events if that's the case.
