If your top EDR rider is injured and needed to be replaced by a lesser EDR the difference should be that clubs could now have points to play with in other areas of the side. So if your top EDR rider is injured it might not hinder your side so much as it did previously.
Depends if the reserves are protected like the last couple of years. They shouldnt be now they have the ability to move up and for top 5 riders to drop.
So? All the clubs will be picking from the same pool of riders. No one wins or loses if draft riders EL averages apply. Just raise the points limit to 42.5. Is Garrity and Worrall a point better than Newman at EL level? Their EL averages suggest not.
Interesting one. There is a chance if Richie did get a EL spot then he could very well be a reserve after 4 meetings. Might be worth a punt for someone.
We could almost have the same 1-7 as this year but its slightly over the 40.5 limit. Depending on who is on this heat leader list of course, I'm worried how that is going to be compiled.
In the main it's upto the referee that the meeting progresses at a decent pace. Having said that doing an interval after a delay is not needed and meetings should start as advertised!
No qualms from me for North missing the meeting if he chooses to but to somehow getting a sick note and therefore a facility is what I don't like even more so the issue is not speedway related. Its now opens it up to be abused by any side including my own.
I guess so. Janowski is one that's already missing next season add a couple more to that and you could make a claim that Harris would be a genuine number 1
The way the league is likely to be at this stage Harris may well be a genuine number 1 next season. Our problem this season was if a heatleader scored well there was no back up from the other 2. Needed a little more top end strength and a good scoring number 2.
