  1. A little disappointed, he's got value on that average.
  2. No Hans Andersen for the Bees next year.
  3. If your top EDR rider is injured and needed to be replaced by a lesser EDR the difference should be that clubs could now have points to play with in other areas of the side. So if your top EDR rider is injured it might not hinder your side so much as it did previously.
  4. I think as they didnt ride EL last season it would be PL converted. Could be wrong mind, dont think its ever been consistent.
  5. I don't think reserves will be protected if riders can now go up into the top 5 and vice versa.
  6. Depends if the reserves are protected like the last couple of years. They shouldnt be now they have the ability to move up and for top 5 riders to drop.
  7. Id have thought (hope) EDR could only be replaced by another EDR. If a 2nd string is missing it now has to be R/R.
  8. So? All the clubs will be picking from the same pool of riders. No one wins or loses if draft riders EL averages apply. Just raise the points limit to 42.5. Is Garrity and Worrall a point better than Newman at EL level? Their EL averages suggest not.
  9. Bit of both I guess but as Watt rode almost half his matches as a heatleader he should be in the list.
  10. Davey Watt rode 11 of his 23 meetings as heatleader.
  11. Watt is averaging over 7 he just has to be on the heatleader list.
  12. Interesting one. There is a chance if Richie did get a EL spot then he could very well be a reserve after 4 meetings. Might be worth a punt for someone.
  13. Will reserves be protected now they have an average?
  14. If the conversion rate is the same I have it as Newman on 4.10 and Garrity a touch over 5.
  15. We could almost have the same 1-7 as this year but its slightly over the 40.5 limit. Depending on who is on this heat leader list of course, I'm worried how that is going to be compiled.
  16. Heat leaders graded into a list. How will that be decided?
  17. In the main it's upto the referee that the meeting progresses at a decent pace. Having said that doing an interval after a delay is not needed and meetings should start as advertised!
  18. Draft riders having their PL average converted will help Poole immensely even more so if they get Ellis.
  19. They did for the old deal, dont believe they do in the latest deal.
  20. Sky only pay clubs compensation when they have home meetings on sky. There isn't a subsidy anymore.
  21. No qualms from me for North missing the meeting if he chooses to but to somehow getting a sick note and therefore a facility is what I don't like even more so the issue is not speedway related. Its now opens it up to be abused by any side including my own.
  22. As SCB explained above average wise he is a number 1 as he's in the top 8 in the averages although I wouldn't have put him in AT number 1 during 2015.
  23. I guess so. Janowski is one that's already missing next season add a couple more to that and you could make a claim that Harris would be a genuine number 1
  24. The way the league is likely to be at this stage Harris may well be a genuine number 1 next season. Our problem this season was if a heatleader scored well there was no back up from the other 2. Needed a little more top end strength and a good scoring number 2.
