Tickets now on sale. Got race off and final tickets standing for me and my daughter, £40 for both meetings excellent value. Grandstand tickets are pricy though.
Id prefer KK and Harris over Holder and Buzckowski/Andersen/Watt(?)! Same with Zagar and Cook although if Cook continues to ride like he did in the playoffs then you might have a point!
King needs to improve his form as a 3rd heatleader, didnt do a great job in the role last year. I will say he has it in him to do the job though!
As I was responding on a Coventry thread I didn't feel the need to add them as it was already suggested we will be pants in 2016. Luckily for us we can make a quick change if it doesn't go well in the Elite Shield!
Garrity, Sarjeant and Bates will maybe Harris a little but yeah I agree with you with the line up at present. Other sides will look just as poor though to be honest. I doubt we will see this 1-7 finishing the season.
Once we signed King we narrowed the amount of riders available for the last spot. Would've been far better to sign a Larsen or Sundstrom (if they want an EL spot) then had far more options to play with. Couldve then signed Barker or Summers for the last spot.
Its known as a Bees meltdown by some on twitter.
Will the heatleader list be discarded soon as the season starts? Was it just for team building purposes or a general rule for the season?
King will need to up his game in a heat leader rule for sure. I get the impression with King that he performed better against heatleaders as a 2nd string than he did as a heatleader himself last year?
Sarj was averaging around 5 last season at reserve so without Garrity as his partner you would expect more, wouldn't be surprised if he's in the top 5 after 4 meetings and Woryna or King dropping to reserve. Shows how barmy the rules are this year!
For whatever reason Garrity didn't want to be part of the draft, makes no sense to me now they can move up. Although I would say at PL level Garrity is a better rider than those you named (averages 1.5 more than some of those at PL level) but most of those will soon move up to the 1-5 after 4 meetings anyway so will be interesting to see who will do well when moving up.
