  1. Think it was quite a regular thing on Bank Holidays.Don't want to go through my programme collection to see how many times but remember the Dons meeting Oxford home and away in 75.Lost 34-44 in the afternoon.Dag Lovaas getting a 15 point max. Then later won 42-35.Tommy Jansson getting a max and Briggo getting 11,being beaten only by Dag.Oh ,and the last heat was a 5-0 to the Dons
  2. Tomaz you disappoint me.Thought you would know that
  3. Tobi Kroner and Martin Smolinski will be there
  4. Only been to one.If the product isn't of interest i won't spend on it.As it happens i might go to Copenhagen or maybe Prague, but i will say straight out i am not keen on this K.O format.Even if they had a GP in Germany i wouldn't travel all the way to Bavaria to see it.In my opinion speedway exists in a small world, too small to make for a GP series of more than 4 or 5 meetings.Thats why i would rather join 8,000 at an open meeting at Teterow than travel to Slovenia with 4 or 5,000 others.

  6. Very erratic.Maybe once a year. The other year they had a programme on the Bergring Teterow, showing a bit of history and then some of the weekend action for the Golden Helmet.Quite possible that as the Longtrack GP is being held at Parchim that the same channel might show that.Probably be a bit about the Ice Speedway from Berlin, but only a few minutes in the sports show and if we are lucky they might show something else. They did a broadcast from Brokstedt a few years back as well. But it's pretty poor here. Can't say with the Netherlands
  7. Just as important, The Know. What is happening to BSI's master plan to take the GP series to the big city stadiums? It's all looking very provincial now.
  8. Race card can be seen here.should be getting good at translating the Russians names by now
  9. Yeah.Is he at St.Johann on Saturday?Haven't seen a line-up.If you look in on the inspeed site there is a bit of news about the Russian final and there were a couple of injuries today Just got the new Bahnsport today and looking to book my ticket for Berlin. Was hoping there would be some speedway in Hamburg but its looking very unlikely. The Hamburg on Ice thingy starts on the 20th and as there is no news i doubt anything is happening.Tried looking on their web-site and its not working
