Brokstedt 39 M.Kröger (3,1,1,2,3)10 S.Katt (e.f,2,1,2,2)7 N.Klingberg (3,2,2,3)10 M.Risager (0,3,3,3)9 S.Petersen (e.f,3)3 Olching 34 M.Smolinski (2,1,2,1,2)8 R.Barth (1,3,3,3,2)12 S.Kurz DNR(?) S.Robson (2,2,3,3,1)11 H-J.Müller (1,0,0,1,1)3 Diedenbergen 28 R.Miskowiak (2,3,2,3,0)10 A.Pawlicek DNR T.Kroner (0,0,2,2,1)5 T.Stange (3,2,1,0,1)7 M.Dilger (1,0,2,0,3)6 Neuenknick 19 R.Schäfer (2,1,1,0)4 A.Svab (1,1,0,1,0)3 E.Kramer (0,0,e.f)0 H.Bager (3,3,3,1,2)12 K.Wölbert (0,0,F)0 Great day of racing.Brokstedt should have won by more.Katt had an e.f while leading and then Sönke's bike packed up while he was comfortably in second.Smoli was a disapointment but man of the meeting for me was his team mate Stuart Robson. He had some fantastic rides, battling round the outside to beat Klingberg and i thought he beat Matten Kröger on the line. The ref saw it differently and from a better position.Spoke to him after and he really enjoyed it,though he wasn't looking forward to the journey back and an early start tomorrow.Henning Bager was also his usual value for money.Max Dilger also deserves a mention,6 points in that field for a 15 year old See on the Brokstedt site they have S.Kurz down for 2 rides, which i'm not too sure about. The announcer was getting things wrong, saying Risager was riding in a heat when it was Klingberg and vice-versa.The guy riding definitely had no.20 and Müllers kevlars,but... Table after 3 of 4 rounds Brokstedt 9 Diedenbergen 4(race points 92) Olching 4 (race points 91) Neuenknick 1 Which means Brokstedt have won this group and host the final J-Lizenz 1.M.Zywek 2.E.Pudel 3.R.Stanek Was also a group of Danish youngsters on 80cc bikes, but didn't get the results

His sister is a member of the forum. She normally posts if someone asks -
Think it was in Briggo's bio, that he was asked to show he could drop the bike before he was allowed to ride at Plough Lane in a second -half.

Gp Of Sweden Eskilstuna 14.5. Wild Cards
iris123 replied to tomazpozrl's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Not saying i think it will happen, just that this is the sort of scenario that we can look forward to.It isn't about getting the best 16 riders in the world in each GP.Not even about getting the best 16 riders for a particular track but trying to maximise profits and exposure. If they think Holta will help tickets sell better than another Swedish rider then......same goes for every GP.The same could possibly happen at other tracks,if they think the tickets have already sold as well as they might in Italy they could just possibly try and boost sales by announcing a wild card from a neighbouring country. As i said on another thread,in the future i can see Gollob being used in just the same way to boost sales even though he hadn't really deserved a place by his form. Not saying it's right or wrong, just the way i see this closed shop thing working -

iris123 replied to tomazpozrl's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Just a thought, but could it be more to do with selling tickets than anything else.Rather like including Barth in last years Czech GP Have already seen a rumour that a German rider will be included at Lonigo -
Yeah, thought it was just me,but keep getting timed-out or something
-
Yes very bad.And ZKZ today against Torun....
-
Saw results Torun 50-Tarnow 40,yesterday.Rikardsson got track record but T.Gollob scored 4+1 and J.Gollob scored 3.Just wondered if anyone knew why so few scored by the brothers
-
What happened to the Gollob brothers against Torun? 4+1 and 3 points not too good.Just an off day or don't they like the track......

Gp Qualifying For 2006
iris123 replied to Robbie B's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Even with this new system you ain't going to get the best 16 riders.Wait until Lonigo for instance. Is there an Italian rider in the world top 30?Bet there will be an Italian riding at Lonigo, though.Same as if Germany or maybe Latvia go for a GP next year.Wouldn't mind betting that when Gollob fails to make the top 12 or so he will still be getting wildcard places because he is so popular. You don't get the best teams always qualifying for the football world cup or most other competitions but the process should give everyone the chance to dream -
Any info on Tomasz Schmidt and Marcin Sekula? They are both riding for Wolfslake in the 2.Bundesliga with german passes. Not a bad score for Schmidt(4 from 2 rides)

Berger je 4, Kleinhammer 0) Didn't manage to see all he meeting as there was a big delay after Christoph Zöllner crashed in heat 1 and was taken to hospital.Seems it is nothing serious Was a meeting full of problems. The mornings races had to be postponed because the Doctor was ill and a new one had to be found. Then when the meeting did go ahead the green light was playing up.Roberto Diener and Tobi Busch went through the meeting unbeaten although Danny Knakowski was well ahead of Diener in heat 1,before the crash. In the J-License,Kevin Wölbert was the best rider with Erik Pudel looking good for 2nd place Att:400

An update on Günther.Seems he is out until 2007! Will miss next season and there is an ad in BSA selling his bikes.Says he will build new ones when he comes back.Bad news for Ice Speedway,at least from a non Russian point of view -
