  1. Hope you have a good journey Peter.National train strikes today,so there might be a bit more traffic and you know what trouble Hamburg can be on a normal day!
  2. Look out for me in my Holsted cap,Peter You might pass me on the Autobahn going there or coming back
  3. It says here 290m http://www.veltins-arena.de/news_070921_motorsport.php Plus on another page Olsen says it will be the biggest one-day track they have made
  4. Don't think anything has been finalised.I have heard about a football stadium up north being used rather than Vojens or any other permanent speedway track

    Paisley

I knew that was going to be the question as soon as i saw you had started the thread Why don't you get them all out of the way in one go?
  6. Yes,hope speedyguy doesn't see that the stock car meeting a week later has sold double the amount of tickets as the speedway
  7. Yes,i was expecting more from Lewis, but he was in second behind Tobi Kroner when he fell. And he came from the back into second. Then his chain went at the gate in the other heat.He did make the move of the meeting though, faking to go round the outside then cutting back and taking Max Dilger on the inside.Adam Roynon was the star of the side. All the Brits had trouble gating, but Adam was like a young Stuart Robson the way he fought his way through.Betson got better as the meeting went on,but he hurt his neck in the fall. Not badly though. He was pleased to have beaten Klingberg.Nicki Glanz looked well off the pace though. Not sure if that was just down to the bike And Tobi was leading when he had problems in his other heat or the score would have been even bigger for Germany And yes i will be in Gelsenkirchen. You with Mr Snackette and Kev/Jo again?

Golden Viking Helmet 1.M.Kröger 2.N.Klingberg 3.T.Kroner 4.A.Roynon 5.M.Dilger 6.S.Petersen Photos
  9. Will be interesting to see what the attandance is for the GP.I see on the Veltins Arena site that there are already 30,000 tickets sold for the stock cars a week later and 33,000 tickets for the Biathlon WTC in December http://www.veltins-arena.de/
  10. Result of the Golden Ribbon 1.F.Sitera 2.K.Hansen 3-N.klindt Zlata Stuha And preliminary heats of the Golden Helmet Zlata Prilba
  11. Henning you're still around!!!!!Been quiet lately Anyway how did you manage to get into a junior meeting at Mildenhall??????
  12. Just a challenge meeting. They normally have some sort of challenge to end the season.A few years back it was against a Luxo Stars select,Lodz and Outrup.Last year was a pairs event with pairs from Sweden,Denmark,Poland etc .The 6 best riders will be in a 6 lapper for the Golden Viking helmet though Neither have i TMW.Looked for Tony Olsen in the Swedish averages and couldn't find him either. But i am reliably informed that Jonny Andersson(never heard of either, but did find him in the average list) will be riding,so maybe Tony Olsen won't be there Just wondering if the unknown riders are Klingbergs Örnarna team-mates Tomas Olsson & P.O.Klasson? And i think the English team is the only proper U21 line-up.Kröger is definitely over 21as is Tobi Kroner, plus Ulrich is also mid 20s.Still good experience for the young lads to ride on the continent on a big German track
  13. Line-up for sundays meeting in Brokstedt.Hope this isn't changed too much by the time i get there Denmark Ulrich Ostergaard Peter Juul Larsen Jesper Kristiansen Anders Andersen Sweden: Niklas Klingberg Tony Olsen(????? ) Per Olaf Larsen Emil Lindquist England Adam Roynon Danny Betson Lewis Bridger Nicki Glanz Germany Matthias Kröger Tobias Kroner Sönke Petersen Max Dilger Looks pretty good.Particularly looking forward to seeing the English boys.Haven't seen Nicki Glanz for over a year and never seen Betson or Roynon
  14. The original meeting on the 18.09 was cancelled for some reason parsloes. So,looks like your luck is in
  15. Result from Bundesliga Final,Landshut from inspeed.de 1. Olching 38pkt. 2. Güstrow 42pkt (-6pkt. so 36pkt.)For a rule infringement(not having a reserve!). 3. Landshut 26pkt. 4. Diedenbergen 20pkt. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- olching 38 smolinski 10 kroner 11 suchecki 9 betz 5 helfer 0 facher 3 güstrow 42 - 6 rath 9 protasiewicz 14 mell 9 haupt 9 pudel 1 landshut 26 hefenbrock 8 kugelmann 7 rudolph 0 speiser 6 mack 3 kurz 2 diedenbergen 20 kolodziej 11 schultz 8 diener 1 wienke 0 deddens 0 dachs 0
  16. My Czech is pretty poor,so maybe someone else can confirm...but to me it looks like a meeting on the 11th in Prague Calendar
  17. .Still stick by what i said. All 4 back or Lindgren out
  18. Danish averages And in the 1st Division he had an average of 8.84 from 10 meetings.Making him 15th in the league I do believe Casper has a friend who is a member here.So maybe they might add some more info,if they spot the topic
  19. Probably should have been arranged for that weekend in the first place. Most of the top riders seem to be dropping out.But surely it is now too late to put it back
  20. It is what it says, the European Individual Championship! A championship for the second tier of European Riders.Generally those not likely to have much to do with the GPs. Not really 100% sure how riders are selected. But i would say, some federations have only a few riders anyway, who are likely to be competetive.Other...i think you have to be in the top 8 in the German Final to be considered. And somewhere outside the top riders(top 5?),but still qualified for the Danish Final for Denmark. So maybe 6-12ish in the Danish Final(though as i say not going to look to find out ) And don't forget that some riders who could enter don't bother! The qualis, semis, final
  21. Well he is due to ride in the Bundesliga Final on wednesday.Have to wait and see if he does that meeting.Landshut Bundesliga Final .But i guess he might be saving himself for Gelsenkirchen
  22. Live updates from todays German Individual Final,Stralsund DM Stralsund Hefe has already withdrawn after a fall 1.M.Smolinski 2.M.Schultz 3.T.Kroner 4.K.Wölbert Congratulations to Martin and great to see Matze back up with the best
  23. Well Bjerre & Lindgren got further than Hampel.Whilst Laguta has a bit of trouble between the Latvian and Russian federations i believe Lonigo quali
  24. But you are not seeing the 15 best riders in the world.Just 15 riders amongst the best in the world. If they were the best then how could Laguta,Lindgren and Bjerre for instance come in and make some of them look pretty poor?It is just a selection for monetary reasons
