No Conkers.I could see Lars from time to time on the centre and i guess Jacqueline was hob nobbing in the pits.A world away from us fans. Maybe tomorrow in Esbjerg where i doubt the security nor the crowd will be so big
-
Yes i couldn't believe it when i got there about an hour before the meeting started to find the place already pretty full!!! It must be our age Lis.Although i didn't find the music annoying, the volume was And like you enjoyed it.Lots of good races, just a bit of an anti-climax that hans just gated and there was no fight back from Nicki this time.Maybe Hans was using Gollobs bike Photos

80 Ccm European Championships In Poland
iris123 replied to garf's topic in International World of Speedway
No line-ups,but this is the club web-site.So hopefully results or maybe line-ups will appear later Rybki Rybnik -
Yup Hans won A Final H.Andersen B.Pedersen N.Pedersen N.K.Iversen B Final K.Bjerre J.B.Jensen M.Korneliussen C.Gjedde C Final P.Hougaard N.Klindt K.Hansen H.Bager Preliminary heats N.Pedersen (3,3,2,3,3)14 B.Pedersen (3,2,3,2,3)13 H.Andersen (3,3,3,1,2)12 K.Bjerre (2,3,3,3,1)12 N.K.Iversen (3,3,1,3,2)12 M.Korneliussen (2,2,3,2,0)9 C.Gjedde (2,1,2,1,3)9 J.B.Jensen (e.f,2,2,3,1)8 K.Hansen (1,f.x,1,2,3)7 H.Bager (2,0,2,0,2)6 N.Klindt (1,2,0,0,2)5 P.Hougaard (1,1,1,2,0)5 C.Vissing (0,1,0,1,1)3 U.Østergaard (0,1,1,0,0)2 H.Møller (0,e.f,0,1,1)2 L.Madsen (1,e.f,0,e.f)1 M.Risager (0)0 Thought the 3 Finals were a bit of a let down.Gate and go.Not really the exciting climax of previous meetings. Was also a bit disappointed that none of the youngsters made much of an impression on the big guns.Good heat from Kenneth who took Nicki out wide and left him back in third.I had to double check that it was Kenneth Nicki then had to battle past Niels but K.B was gone.Niels had a great battle with Jesper. They passed each other a couple of times. And Nicki dived under Bjarne twice in the first turn as it had to be re-run after K.Hansen fell.Think Nicki was almost on the centre green getting past Bjarne.Great crowd.Think it might have been over 10,000,but my Danish is poor.Very poor

New England Manager?

I think mark is rider, parent and fan.Though i think he does that crazy speedway on ice -
That is what i thought once i realised Zabik wasn't there.Trouble is it was about 18:50 so didn't have enough time.Which was another annoying thing as the advertised start time was 18:30 but it didn't start until 19:00 or maybe even later Good win for Slangerup though

Ok garf,i'll see if i can find the pm's on there.Have a bit of trouble with the Danish language you know How did Lasse get on last night?

Esbjerg 56 K.Bjerre (3,3,3,3,3,3)18 B.Lyngsø (2',3,3,2',2',3)15+3 M.Korneliusen (3,2',3,3,2',2')15+3 T.Georgsen (0,0,e.f,1',1')2+2 J.Kikkenborg (1,0,2,2,1)6 Brovst 31 R.Mikolajczak (1,0,2,3,0,ret,ret)6 P.Nørgaard (0,2,2,0,0,2)6 G.Klopot (2,1,2,1,6^,1,1)14 L.Hansen (1',1',1',1,)4+3 M.Ebæk (0,1',0,0)1+1 Mmmm travelled to Esbjerg to see Kenneth and the others come up against Karol Zabik.Get there and find out Zabik is replaced by Grzegorz Klopot! Ok,Klopot was the best rider for Brovst but he was no match for the Esbjerg top 3 who naturally went unbeaten.Bjerre was miles better than the Brovst team.A couple of good heats as Lyngsø hat to work and Mads found himself behind the two Polish riders. Also when Klopot was on the joker he had to work hard to pass Johannes Kikkenborg. He did after 3 laps, but Kikkenborg impressed again after the first couple of heats. Stærke partner heat J.Kikkenborg bt P.Nørgaard Photos from meeting

iris123 replied to iris123's topic in International World of Speedway
You get around.Already in your short time you have been a Birmingham fan, then a Rye House regular, then said you was going to be going to Ipswich regularly to see Tobi. Now a Mildenhall fan! So when/where are you doing second halves? -

Finally found the line-up.If that doesn't change Denmark Henning Bager Henrik Møller Leon Madsen Mads Korneliussen Nicolai Klindt Patrick Hougaard Sweden Erik Andersson Daniel Davidsson Tobias Johansson Viktor Bergström Sebastian Alden Norway Carl Johan Raugstad Rune Sola Finland Jarl Makinen Rene Lehtinen Taro Aarnio Reserves Kenneth Kruse Hansen Ulrich Østergaard Only 5 go through so it will be tough. The Danish line-up looks pretty good.

Wonder if any of our Danish members can translate the latest?. Seems from my poor Danish that Stekkers is accusing the Poles of cheating? "I can't verify that they cheated with their bikes. But i think they did" Stekkers speaks out

Cz Best Pairs Meeting Divisov Sunday
iris123 replied to Paragon's topic in International World of Speedway
Full results and some more pics here.Fair sized crowd, but you get no mention on the team front Mr Snackette -
And hopefully it will be the same on friday when they meet
-
No,got it all wrong.I saw a thread here last night congratulating Nicki.Just wondered what happened to it And although i was happy Nicki won,i was as critical of the track as the next man or woman if you see my posts.Wondering why nothing other than a tractor going round shifting the loose material, was done to the track
-
Also, what happened to the well done Nicki thread? Or are we only allowed "Boo hiss, accident waiting to happen" threads for Nicki?
-
The thing was, they didn't seem to do anything about the ruts apart from go round in their tractors.Surely a bit more work than that can be done?

New England Manager?
iris123 replied to stevehone's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Well the German team manager Robert Barth had to buy his own admission ticket for the SWC quali in Germany earlier this season! -
Dennis Andersson doing well i see.Was impressed with him last year in the YGT.Has a very good home average(was at reserve for a bit i think?)and ahead of some good riders in the average list.
