  1. How many tracks are operating outside of the kleague for some speedway?I think there is a track in Kamensk?Fayzulin comes from Bashkortostan,so i guess a track there in Ufa maybe?
  2. Think you are getting confused Steve. If i read that right keef is talking about himself
  3. After the results the danish nominations for GP qualis has been announced.Mikkel B + Mikkel Michelsen both stated beforehand that they wanted to concentrate on the World U21's and didn't want to be considered for the GPs Niels-Kristian Iversen Hans Andersen Leon Madsen Michael Jepsen Jensen Peter Kildemand Patrick Hougaard Kenneth Kruse Hansen Mads Korneliussen (Seeded) Kenni Larsen (Seeded)
  4. Gordon Kennett rode in some second halves though when he was starting out.We did have once or twice a year the boys from the Kent Grass Track club up for demo races. Was quite a close relationship with the Kent Grass trackers.Wonder if that club is still going? But think a lot of good kids started there
  5. Yes,well i am not sure how much backing the DMU will give.Lot probably coming out of their own pockets and sponsors, plus one rider said a new contract with a club he will be signing in the next few weeks. Yes,80cc rocks. When Erik Gundersen came to me saturday and asked "You've come to take photos of the kids?" Had to say that i just love 80cc racing.Just pure speedway.Nothing about money, averages, jokers or any strange rules...... Just wish we had something along those lines in GB.
  6. I'd agree with you mate.We have had this discussion on here over the past few years.I have had talks over the last weeks with two of the Danish young guns about Argentina ......don't want to go into ittoo much, but seems things have been promised and some things have been changed afterthe promises.....wait and see.But of course this is a title that they would both love to get their hands on.
  7. Sorry.Would have given the info if i was online,but i wasn't
  8. Great result from the two Mikkel's.Talked with Mikkel M after the meeting in Holsted saturday and he said he wanted to finish in the top 8....top 10 and he would be happy. So for both of them a really super day.Must put a lot of pressure on Bjarne + Kenneth now for places in the SWC spot after what was said beforehand

  11. Meeting has started in Fjelsted.See if i can put the updates on here. But René won the first heat
  12. The irony of someone who pays for the SKY package being told they should be thankful for what they get by someone who watches it for nowt via illegal streams Gotta link? pm'd ya......
  13. The DM semi-final has been washed out in Outrup and quickly moved to Fjelsted tonight.Hope it goes ahead,as someone choosing who will take the last few places isn't a good way......
  14. Well i have read some harsh criticism of Poland from a few rider now.Chris Holder for one, already a few weeks ago came out with a statement that despite being injured he felt he was forced to carry on.He has added more criticism after this tragic incident. Now he has been joined by Nicki Pedersens criticism of the Wroclaw track etc.And i have seen comments by Nicolai Klindt as well.Trouble is will any riders make a stand against tracks that they know are not good?I said before the meeting that Wroclaw has a poor reputation and other tracks in Poland have been fined, but nothing seems to change.I would link to the Nicki P article, but unfortunately it contains a disturbing foto that i didn't want to see and am sure no-one else would either
  15. Well of course Denmark + Sweden both held quali meetings to find their nominations,so it is just the Norwegian and Finnish riders that are a mystery. And i thought we were going to get some news out of Finland last week f-s-p?
  16. Hmmmm.A Politician dies and it is a day of mourning and all sport cancelled.A speedway rider dies on track and they want to continue racing!
  17. Meeting starts at 5:30 British time, presentation.First heat is due to start at 5:45.Tomorrow it is hoped that the second semi-final will this time be run......hmmmmm.If not then the danish manager Anders Secher willpick the riders from the semi who will participate in the Final.Weather permitting
  18. It rather shocked me this morning when i looked in that people actually continued to watch the meeting after they had heard the news.I turned the stream off once it was confirmed and despite a number of people posting links to the crash i have not and nor will i look at it.Respect to the two guys mentioned above for their actions
  19. Iversen looking good. The Danish manager has issued a warning to Bjerre,Hans and Bjarne that they need to up their game or they will be replaced in the Danish team by LiGlad and Leon Madsen...... Seems bad news about Lee is floating on the net.Hope this is a bad rumour and no truth in it
  20. Has he taken a sniff of gas before talking? He should be riding for the other team he sounds like Mickey Mouse
  21. Guess from some of the comments that i wasn't wrong about the track
  22. Always been a bit of a Gorzów fan ever since the Gorzów legend Steady Eddie rode for the Dons.Just as all the Smederna riders that rode for us made itan easy choice which Swedish team would be my favourite Same as in Denmark, which is why i am no big fan of the 'newish' look Superliga.I do though understand the financial reasons for the change in Denmark, but the racing was far superior with the old format
  23. In all seriousness the EL has provided some of the best racing so far.Was a real pity the Poole meeting was stopped by rain as that was really looking good.Far better than any Polish meetings i have seen so far
  24. Had a google and like i said last week....Grindsted to Holsted 32km,Grindsted to Korskro 35km,but according to the net it is quicker to Korskro Agree with your assesment, barring any accidents it should be a close one and hopefully an exciting one as well.Saw Porsing + Razzer ride for Holsted yesterday and nothing really amazing.Lost to Glumsö with Mikkel Michelsen and Nicki Barrett(is it Barrett or Barret??? seen it both ways so many times)looking good after the long night before in Outrup
  25. Well i think i am right(maybe Pawel can confirm?)but i wouldn't get your hopes up too much with the first meeting.Think Wroclaw doesn't have a good reputation.Hopefully the second meeting will produce some good racing. That is the one i will be watching
