Understatement of the year,mate.....even more of a cheek that it is only 2 euros cheaper than the German Championship.I could use a few swear words here, but i will restrain myself, just this once
-
I don't know....forgive me forlaughing, but for days you have been saying it is crystal clear and there is nothing to interpret.I mean, you don't disappoint, you even do it again in this post.....then go on straight after to give us a new interpretation of what the rule is supposed to be for

But it doesn't say for the season, just the remainder, which as PR mentions doesn't mean his points up to that point are void If one or 2 of these lawyers are so certain of the wording let them take the case on.Bet they wouldn't and i bet the FIM have a lawyer who is also certain they are in the right

Even if the rule means he should be out of the world championship(which i and others don't think it does) the FIM don't agree. How often in speedway do the authorities have their own interpretation of when the rules apply?Importantly i wonder who writes these rules? If it is the same person that writes some of the FIM press releases then their first language isn't english anyway. Undoubtedly though,Hancock should be punished for his actions due to the heat 9 incident. One action that could be possible, although unlikely is for a fan(an American citizen who was at the meeting) to take action against Hancock or the FIM for robbing them of an honest end to the world championship.Employ an American lawyer to look into possible corruption,as the US has done with FIFA?

They have to listen to the people and they have to listen to our elected governments.Crazy to think that the EU don't listen to Merkel. They do.If they didn't listen to Cameron, then we all have to ask why.And why did the UK hardly ever use its veto against things it disagreed with? As has been said numerous times the fact that the deal with Canada hasn't been signed is because a tiny regional parliament doesn't agree with it.Surely this is exactly what you say doesn't happen. The EU are having to listen to the people and their representatives. This is democrcy at work or would you rather the EU steamroller over the people?Thought not.At least it isn't what you have been saying As for the government that you feel should have more power.Well firstly they are the people letting all and sundry into the country. They don't have to.They agreed to.It is also the government who are being steamrollered over by a subsidiary of a Spanish company.Money talks and our elected government know don't really like making hard decisions.Doesn't bode well for Brexit talks....... http://www.standard.co.uk/comment/comment/simon-jenkins-expanding-heathrow-will-be-a-monumental-blight-on-west-london-a3378226.html

Regulation 077.3.3 of FIM Grand Prix World Championship states - "A rider who has entered the FIM Speedway Grand Prix World Championship and refuses or is unable to take part, is deemed to be suspended competing internationally for a period of 1 day before and up to 3 days after the Grand Prix meetings concerned. Furthermore, he shall be considered as ineligible for the FIM Speedway Grand Prix World Championship for the remainder of the season. A rider who has started in the FIM Speedway Grand Prix World Championship must participate therein unless prevented from doing so by injury or other force majeure. A suitably qualified medical practitioner must certify injury or illness in writing to that effect." Far be it for me to have a say,as i really don't care too much, but i think this ruling is specifically for the chosen riders at the start of the season. To stop someone being picked and then pulling out.Ok,the second sentence is obviously then for those who have "started" the GP season.Hancock started and just pulled out of the last meeting.Think you will all be arguing the toss on your own on this. The FIM had people at the meeting and doubt there will be any other decision as i guess you have to put in a protest within the relevant time and no-one did

I'd like to say that i am one fan in Germany who doesn't share that opinion -
Probably the reason why TWK 'liked' it

Not even sure Austria have enough riders for a team now.I asked about how many Austrian riders they have and the answer was the 2 riding in the UK plus a couple of juniors

Polish Ekstraliga Is Flexing Its Muscles

I also agree with the Polish stance.Thought though that the situation had got slightly better in recent years once the Russian League stopped throwing money around and importing top stars(didn't Greg miss a Reading meeting because he was in Russia once?) and the Italian and Czech Leagues also have dropped off the international radar for me at least. The only move in the opposite direction was the doubling up in Sweden -
Watched two BBC programmes today. One on the absolute shambles the Greeks have made of the country over the past few decades and how those who bailed them out have tried to bring them to their senses. In typical style it is the EU and Germany who the people direct their anger at instead of those closer to home who are really to blame. Is this because of biased media as is often the case in the UK? The other was on the millions of money the Greens made out of tax avoidance etc from BHS Greeks + Greens + corruption

Funny you don't mention the massive rise in racial abuse after the referendum. That is dividing the nation ,as people feel the vote to leave has given them backing for their bigoted views.Seeing a lot of the views posted on sites like the Evening Standard Facebook page is quite frightening coming from people in a modern country
