  1. Kørerlisten til årets DM-finale i Fjelsted er: Mikkel B. Andersen Mikkel B. Jensen Nicki Pedersen Jonas Jeppesen Mads Korneliussen Anders Thomsen Peter Kildemand Patrick Hansen Rene Bach Mikkel Michelsen Hans Andersen Kenneth Bjerre Jonas Andersen Niels-Kristian Iversen Michael Jepsen Jensen Bjarne Pedersen Nikolaj Busk Ulrich Østergaard Just put up,but i guess Nikolaj Busk is out injured, unless i am confusing him as he is Busk Jakobsen.... Just checked the semi final results and i think i am right 1. Hans Andersen Vissenbjerg 14p 2. Anders Thomsen Fjelsted 11p +3 3. Michael Jepsen Jensen Slangerup 11p +2 4. Mikkel Michelsen Slangerup 10p 5. Patrick Hansen Glumsø 9p 6. Mikkel Bech Glumsø 9p 7. Mads Korneliussen Outrup 9p 8. Jonas B Andersen Brovst 8p 9. Rene Bach Esbjerg 8p 10. Jonas Jeppesen Holsted 7p ---------------------- 11. Peter Kildemand Fjelsted 6p 11. Mikkel B Andersen Brovst 6P ---------------------- 13. Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen Fjelsted 5p 14. Ulrich Østergaard Holstebro 3P 15. Jesper Søgaard Glumsø 3p 16. Martin Steen Hansen Holsted 1p
  2. Think Kenneth Bjerre had a long relationship with his father in the pits. Not sure if he always came over for every meeting in the Uk though nor when or if that ever stopped. As i say,it is something other have mentioned and i am sure if Robert was doing great in the SWC,World U21s and the recnt World Games then it wouldn't be a subject of discussion
  3. You are getting me wrong.I am not saying it is.Each individual is different and what works for one won't work for another. But it is something that has been mentioned a number of times and by someone like Phil Rising and maybe others in the sport he has talked to
  4. What happened to Gorican?Decent weather for anearly GP,but are they not interested now Pavlic doesn't look like establishing himself as a top rider?
  5. Don't shoot the messenger If you look at a couple of his rivals in the world U21s i think both Woryna and Drabik have their fathers in there helping them. But trees was suggesting Robert is his own man, which could be questioned if he hasn't started to form his own team and stand on his own
  6. Well if someone with the longevity in the sport like Phil Rising mentions it then maybe it isn't natural But that is neither here nor there. It just doesn't sound like someone who is independant and stands on his own two feet, which was what you were suggesting.Maybe not the best example to pick out imo
  7. As i say,i am not wanting to slag him off, just on a few other threads it is mentioned alongside the worry that it doesn't 'work for him' given his poor scores in big meetings lately.Although imo injury must be a reason as well
  8. Whatever reasons people put up they might have a point, but when i see this one(and i have seen it a number of times)i just have to wonder how alll those thousands and thousands manage to get to the big events at Wembley?Do they all set off a week before on some sort of Pilgrimage like those that trek to Santiago de Compostella with b&b's at a distance for every night? There is a reason London is the capital and that was because of its location and over the centuries the connections to the outside world have only got better
  9. Not wanting to put him down, but the fact that he travels around with his parents and girlfriend in the pits etc with him is often a worry even a criticism
  10. He has criticized tracks ok,but he has never gone the route of these two,has he?
  11. As i mentioned a few weeks back, possibly on the Dane drain thread or something to do with the Danish problems,Mikkel Michelsen has been unhappy(unhappy is probably putting it politely) with his lack of rides in Poland. Now it looks like he might be after a move to Czestochowa https://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/701851/mikkel-michelsen-czestym-gosciem-w-czestochowie-trafi-do-wlokniarza
  12. Said on a thread at the start of the season that we shouldn't employ Aussie riders.Don't give them the step to use to build their career, don't help them build a better national team than we have.Don't give them the chance to moan. They must have seen what our climate is like.Ffs it is what we are famous for!!!Don't like our weather and our wages then stay in luvvly Oz.Nuff said
  13. Troube with Jack Holder. Will Greg Hancock return? https://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/701978/kadrowe-zagadki-get-well-klopot-z-jackiem-holderem-czy-wroci-greg-hancock Think Bydgoszcz hit big trouble with their finances. We have one or two fans from the club who can expand on that though
  14. Love it.Man after my own heart,as they say.Ave summa dat
  15. You just seem to be compiling a list of purpose built tracks, instead of tracks suitable to host a GP,so my guess is as good as yours
  16. From arial views it is sometimes possible to see stone age or roman, viking structures etc,so as long as something hasn't been built on 68 years isn't very long at all.....
  17. Thanks for your often enlightening and interesting contributions Always add something to the debate
  18. What about Iwade and the training tracks for instance in or near Workington and Linlithgow?
  19. Not being a speedway rider i wonder how much difference it would make to cut 25 yards off the length.2 secoonds off the track record sounds quite a bit,but it was the 'smaller' track that most here saw and Briggo among others loved Hard for me as just a fan to really jiudge whether it made that much difference and made the track less of a full throttle to a more technical track.Plus again guessing i would have thought Young would have been used to big tracks in Australia?
  20. Just seen on the World Games thread that Berwick have special dispensation to hold Romano Hummel as an 'asset' even though he only rode 3 meeting. It is all a big joke that would never hold up if threatened in court.Always the trouble with speedway is they make a rule then allow clubs to do their own thing anyway.... But if you search for 'assets' i do think there was a thread done before where people took the time to make a list.Possibly a bit out of date now,but a good place to start
  21. Be difficult to choose what to call yourself what with Jeremy being so popular and Jepsen Jensen being the best rider in Poland
  22. Briggo was good around the big tracks. What was his record at belle Vue?Did he love it?I think he did.He won a lot of BLRC's there
  23. Teams announced are Holsted K.Buczkowski R.Jensen B.Pedersen J.Jeppesen S.Jensen Fjelsted P.Kildemand F.Jakobsen A.Thomsen C.Thaysen P.Hougaard A fit Nicki would be a great addition instead of Buczkowski, but that looks quite a strong Fjelsted team and could be a tough match for the Tigers if Nicki is a bit below his best.Still worth travelling up for though
  24. I have wondered about this myself, but try not to judge something i don't know enough about.I do think at his age it is time to start standing on your own two feet and get an independant team around you. This on a day when i have seen that young Australian rider Kenyan Rew who is currently in Denmark doing a season on 85cc has decided to do a season next year on 500cc and his family in Australia are applauding him for his independance at the age of 15!!!!
  25. Simple fact is,no other stadium will host an extra GP.Either Cardiff hosts it,and that is never near full or the attendance drops so low, it is not possible to host it there so it will be moved to Manchester
