Probably the referee referred to the rule book on the night & made a decision! About time too, if that is correct. The rule books were quite clear on this but Rosco did not realise as he posted that it was OK. Probably only part read the rule book & not referred to the part that says as per rule 18:10 which says " for absent 1 - 5, R/R only".

Then don't write about it then. If you're not prepared to read the rules to find out the facts, then you shouldn't post & disagree with people who have taken the time to check the rules!

Confirmed by Mike Bowden on Wiltshire Radio that the Robins will start the new season off in the Abbey stadium & that builders can not demolish it until such time as the new stadium is completed. As they wish to build new houses on the site of the old stadium, it indicates to me that they will build a new stadium, it's just their time frame that it is not certain. However, there will come a time that they will have to get their act in order or they won't get their new houses as their is a strict covenant to comply with the building plans passed.

It was confirmed today by Mike Bowden, on Wiltshire Radio, that Swindon will start off the 2017 season at the Abbey Stadium. They will transfer to the new stadium at such time as it is finished. He confirmed that the old stadium can not be demolished until such time as the new stadium is finished. He has also confirmed that all teams will have to contain 2 Brits, although both of them do not have to be at reserve. Racing will be along the same lines as last season's PL format. He confirmed that riders who have both EL & Pl averages will ride on their PL average & El average only riders will have their average converted by multiplication of their EL average by 1.4.

What this means is that Poole will want to keep at 50, so that they can bend the rules before 31st July, as they can't strengthen for the p/offs now. However, as I understand it, they want to lower the points limit after the 1st green sheets & that 50 is only for initial team build. What they haven't decided from what I can make out is what the limit will be lowered to. I would suggest in the interests of all that it is lowered to the highest averaged team's points.

Am I missing something, I understood that all teams have to include a 3 point British rider but nobody seems to naming a side with a 3 pointer. Does 3point mean 3 max or can it include up to 3.99>

Blimey that's 19.7 of the 50 point total. Does that mean that Jack would be in the 1 - 5. It seems it going to be tough to get into that 50 point target.
