  1. The rule only applies to the first bend. The ref cannot put all four back when the incident happens on the second bend exit. He had to exclude somebody for the stoppage and as Crump went down without being touched it was he who had to go. Probably the only decision he got right all night though
  2. Chris were you watching the same GP as everyone else? Bjarne got sandwiched between Nicki P and Lee R and had absolutley no where to go. If ever there was a crash that the first bend bunching rule was invented for this was it! Agree with you about the Hancock/Crump incident though, Greg was being pushed wide and Crump either had to shut off or fall off, he chose the wrong one and the ref agreed!
  3. We were on the third bend and were making plenty of noise. Which level were you in, did you see the guy with the 5 air horn contraption? Pure class!
  4. Tony had his leg taken, even Norris admitted that much. Yes a rider of Tonys calibre probably could have stayed on, but in that situation any rider has the right to lay it down as far as I am concerned. Andersen is a cheat, end of. He even admitted it when interviewed.
  5. The difference was Floppy DID touch Trick, albeit not that hard. It was enough to throw Tony off line, he would have got no points anyway so he might as well have laid it down. He's certainly not the first rider to do it and he's deinately not the last. Hans Andersen on the other hand went down of his own accord, Grumpy didn't get within six inches of him, and then to roll around on the track like he did was disgusting. I'm no Crump fan but that was one of trhe worst decisions I hasve seen at a speedway meeting. Andersen has gone even further down in my estimations. He really is a dirty, cheating little s**t
  6. Just got in and sat down. I'm deaf, my throat hurts and my head is pounding. What a night! Roll on next June!
  7. 24 hours to go to my first GP and I am buzzing already (no Coventry jokes please ) Not sure I'll be able to make it to any pubs but if you see a tall bloke in a Southampton shirt somewhere near the third bend its probably me. At least this way I get to wear my Saints shirt in the Millenium staduim this year
  8. Think someone else had a similar problem. The solution suggested was just to turn up, but a ticket for one of the emptier upper sections then all sit together. Apparently the stewards are fine with this.
  9. Hmmm 7th to 19th in one GP, thanks a lot Bjarne! Looks like a big gamble is on the cards for Cardiff!
  10. Yep, and I can't bloody wait! Will be driving so will have to stick to lemonade but at least I'll be able to remember it
  11. Lointamer I agree 90% of the races so far have been pretty crap but the ones where Trick has missed the gate have just proved what class the bloke has. Subedei sorry but I think your mate aTomek is now just a spent fuel rod
  12. Personally I think it is a one horse race Subedei. Barring injuries no one will touch Tony this year. The guy is on another planet.
  13. A good ride by Crump but to be honest I think Tony would have put half a lap into the other three.
  14. Brilliant ride by Scotty. Was that the first pass tonight? It certainly seems like it!
  15. Sullivan is looking much better tonight. I expect a 15 point max from him Wednesday night
  16. Of course I'm biased he's a Poole rider still think there was a big coming together and all four back would have been fairest. Good lad Scotty!
  17. And now the ref won't even talk to him, an admission of error?
  18. 'Lindback fell off of his own accord' Exactly which GP is Millard watching??? Crap decision, should have been all four back
