  1. Still clearly remember that race, he stuck the bike in the middle of the track and never left that line for the whole 4 laps, was at least half a lap ahead by the chequered flag. Awesome ride.
  2. Hello Steve hows you? Glad to see you're still around winding up the masses Been away from the sport for a few years but getting some enthusiasm back for it now so hopefully I'll be able to get down to Wimborne rd for a few meetings. Have to say I was surprised to see names like Bjarne and Crump riding in the championship, Bjarne was always a good short track rider, should be quite a signing for Plymouth
  3. Thought I would have a quick look in as its been a while to say the least. Used to be a regular on here some years back but drifted away from the sport and lost interest really, due to a number of reasons. However a friend lent me a copy of Kelvin Tatums autobiography which i really enjoyed has whetted my appetite a bit, so hoping to get to a few meetings this year, Boris allowing. So what have I missed the last few years? Does everyone still hate Poole? Is Matt Ford still the devil in disguise? Any of the 'old timers' still around?
  4. Thought it was a good GP racing wise, lookslike they've finally sussed out how to lay a decent track. Really thought the crowd seemed down this year though, and what happened to all the 10 year anniversary stuff? THought the 'entertainment' was bloody awful, a couple of x factor rejects? Surely they can do better. Also the bars where we were sat ran out of just about everything, and the PA was awful, couldn't hear a thing up in the top level.
  5. Bet it was the first time 'Come On England' has been played in the Millenium Stadium though
  6. Looking at the webcam pic on the other thread they were grading the track 20 mins ago.WTF???
  7. Kennet and Woffinden are going far better than Stead and Allen. That is down to the manager.
  8. To all those that have called for Middlos head, for years of underperformance. You all have your wish, Team GB are being utterly humiliated in their own back yard. Hope your all happy
  9. Clerk of the Course at Poole and Cardiff Paul Applin was interviewed during tonights interval, and confirmed that saturdays ref (can't spell his name ) has been removed from the next Gp, and in all likelyhood will not officiate again this season. Thankfully.
