  1. Puszakowski pretty much guarantees Lodz a point. Have to say Lewis did well last race
  2. Yeah unusual to see so many 3-3s. Jakub Jamrog is not his usual exciting self and makes you wonder why Jason and Mads can do well in this league but the Brits look so ordinary. At least we won't have to listen to Chris Harris whining about the bikes he has been given by his Polish team If I was Rybnik I would stick with the Russian.
  3. Not much of a crowd at Rybnik. Could this be fallout from the non appearance of Chris Harris? Replaced by IIya Chalov the young Russian who is a decent rider.
  4. Well done Wuffy! Let's see him win another world title
  5. Only if Capricorn is in conjunction with Jupiter or it's Chris Harris
  6. Did that Eurosport nutter just say we have seen some outstanding speedway? That was not a proper pass Nige as we are ignoring the first two bends
  7. That's cruel At least on the plus side for fans of Chris there will be big discounts on all that #37 merchandising in the coming months I do wish Chris would pack in all this SGP fantasy he has. He just isn't good enough and it can't be doing his confidence good at all. He is a decent bloke to have in a team but that's about it with him really sadly
  8. I think by Sunday we will be trying our hardest to forget it Surely can't be as bad as the Finnish round but it's usually pretty dull. Hope Woffy wins it though and gets back among the leaders. It's meetings like that we will miss Emil and Tomasz.
  9. narrow win just as I predicted. Pity i never had a bet see you folks on Sunday
  10. great race against Artem but has a long way to go but still nice to see a Brit with a bit of potential. Team GB need to claim him but the points he made earlier in the season show he is no mug.
  11. Good point. How else are the start girls going to find enough sustenance to get them through the meeting. Artem is a bit in and out this season. All the Russians are a bit sluggish so far. Glad Greg is back but worried about Emil. He looks like he has really serious problems. He can't hold a lead. Victor Kulakov seems to be the one they are pinning their hopes on for coming through the ranks.
  12. Quite scary Nice to see they got rid of that spaced out caption guy but they need to be a bit bigger as I doubt they can quite see them from the International Space Station. As Paul says the meeting could do with being a bit more urgent. Danish meetings seem to drag on for no sensible reason.
  13. If it is expect him to fall off in every race whilst leading the field by 50 yards and come nowhere Yep had a fantastic time saw some amazing scenery and visited 8 great cities but was unable to see any meetings on the Net due to time and lack of connection. Caught up with the GP and Pairs and am going through the Polish meets I missed thanks to that wonderful Polish guy who puts them on YouTube. Back in New York next weekend for a 3 day booze up but will catch this weekends action. If the Prague GP can be considered as animated
  14. Looking forward to my first Danish action this year. Be interesting to watch Lambert as not seen him in action yet. Esbjerg by a narrow margin
  15. If we had God as team manager He would not have a chance in hell of qualifying directly nor winning the play off. With the team choices he has I doubt he would get to the finals even if we hosted the bloody thing
  16. the innovation I meant was the static that obscured the two imbeciles in the commentary box and both Jack and Sam did indeed shout in several races so what's the difference? And yes I do prefer the two idiots from SKY Jack is indeed knowledgeable about motorsport but is a truly awful speedway commentator. The coverage is the same as previous years and Eurosport have just taken over from Premier. There are pit interviews which are conducted quite well but not in English and you can see them on the Polish coverage. It's better than SKY coverage as SKys interviews are generally pathetic with that stupid woman. Swedish meets are generally exciting and worth watching. Good to see coverage continuing.
  17. Harris got dumped by the top league for making such excuses how long before he is riding in Div 2. It's a shame as he is a good man to have in the team but he needs to stop making excuses and sort himself out. Riding in the SGP is not going to help him either as he will get more and more down and make more and more excuses. It's sad as I quite like the bloke and think he is a lot better than he shows.
  18. Kel Tatum has done such things on SKY. There is no doubt Sam knows his stuff but he has serious problems in mouth to brain coordination. It was funny all the same and added to the entertainment. They could be the new Morecambe and Wise Emil poor again in Sweden but on the plus side Greg Laguta is getting back into form. My perfect SWC would see the Laguta's, a reinvigorated Emil and young Loktaev in the Russian team dance the competition. Obviously I would have liked England to win but they have no chance so I back Russia Let's hope as Alan pointed out that some advertising revenue comes in as a result of Swedish league or we may just see a one season offering on Eurosport.
  19. It would cost about 100 quid to get that many laughs in a theatre :0 G'night all I am off to the USA and hope to catch up next Tuesday
  20. I agree with everything you guys say there it has been a hugely entertaining match just listening to them Also some good speedway. Especially that last heat
