The rumour mill has started suggesting Poole are about to make a change ahead of the play offs. Milik for Pedersen is gaining momentum but just looking at Holder's demeanour in the past week I do wonder if his position is under threat especially as his away form has been only adequate at best. Who a replacement would be is unclear but it would be good if they stuck to the original 1 - 7 throughout however Matt Ford is not shy at making positive changes as he has shown in the past.

I thought you couldn't have guests for an injured second string with RR the only option. Now that Sheffield is off, will Howarth move on to Lynn? -

Willie Dishington is the former SPL Assistant Referee who turned to speedway about 10 years ago. Based in Scotland and regularly referee's in the that area and the north of England. Believe he does a southern tour most years. -

Hougaard in Denmark so RR instead. Poole have chosen the wrong match to celebrate speedway. -

Sorry for my error on post 23. I blame too many very late nights watching Olympics for the confusion. -

Looks like Brady Kurtz will be missing. On duty for Australia in World Junior Team Cup in Sweden. Question - guest or R/R? -
Leicester V Poole Elb. 20/08/16
Dickie Head replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
As the current averages are effective for 14 days from 8 August, Poole will line up as they did against Kings Lynn this week with Bjarne at reserve. Paul Starke is likely to miss this one as he will be needed by Somerset at Berwick. Late start at 20.00 to accommodate Foxes football. Any other Micky Mouse meetings in Europe to deplete the teams? -
Would like to get the official SGP badges for Cardiff 2006, 2007, 2011 and 2012. If you can help with any of these please send DM (with picture if possible). Many thanks.

Polish U21 pairs this Friday (I think). If so, will Kacper be in Poland or at Brandon? And if he's absent who will step in? -

Good cover for Kyle Newman looks very limited. Advantage Bees. -
From a purely personal point of view, turning the popemobile right to Sittingbourne rather than left to the northbound Dartford Tunnel on a Friday night would be very welcome.

I'm told both of Poole's EDR expect to make it from Premier League afternoon meetings, as will Charles Wright who will stand in for Auty so at this point expected teams are: Lions - Doyle, Masters, Walasek, Wozniak, Swiderski, C Wright, Neilson Pirates - Holder, North, Watt, Gomolski, Janowski, Starke, Newman Still think this is a home win by 10.
-
Lots of racing before this one gets under way. Be interesting to see how Doyle, Holder & Janowski handle the GP. Got to hope Poole are competitive but would quite understand if they were to concentrate on there last two home fixtures. Are Newman & Starke doing Premier League in the afternoon before this one? Who will cover for Auty? At this stage I'll go for a home win by 10.

I accept the weakness at the EDR positions for Lakeside, however the Pirates away form / results have been poor in recent meetings and on a technical track I can see no reason why the home 1 to 5 cannot outscore the visiting 1 to 5 so it's a home win for me.
