The featured video relates to the meeting v Swindon on 4 May. Not Lakeside last night.

Nathan Greaves signs for Ipswich and will continue with Warriors when Ippo commitments allow or until IOW redeclare. Guests permitted in meantime. On track the Warriors are in melt down, but have an opportunity to restructure for the better.

Poole Pirates Vs Rye House Rockets 10/5/17
Dickie Head replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Hope the home promotion take the opportunity to present the 2016 Blue Riband trophies to Eddie, Scott and Bomber that you will recall went missing last October. -
Poole V Swindon Ela 1/5/17 6pm
Dickie Head replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
In the close season we read Matt Ford saying that he made a mistake not making a change to his 2016 team. Now in their local paper he is saying no team changes yet. He's lost the Midas touch and I would think he would walk if he got an acceptable offer. -
You just can't argue with what they get done on the Island. A friend of mine over there told me last night that they are also hosting a whole class plus parents from a local school this week following on from a school visit yesterday. The teams are now up on their website and it looks like an aggregate win for the Devils.

So with Scunny rained off, can we expect Lewis Kerr to re-route to Swindon? -

Darryl Ritchings for James Shane's on Poole website. Home win. -
Are TR's permitted in the NL? I ask because I can't find it in 2017 rule book. If they are, is it 10 points in arrears and between heats 5 and 12 inclusive? Sorry to ask.

Leicester V Poole 8/4/17 Ela
Dickie Head replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
So if Poole have to use RR for Kerr tonight at BV, I would have thought it will be RR for Riss tomorrow. -
Colin Pratt in Speedway Star says U21 final has been reallocated away from Swindon to another (as yet undecided) U K venue.
-
This weeks Speedway Star is reporting Colin Pratt as saying that U21 final has been taken away from Swindon and will be held elsewhere in the U.K. as new stadium not now expected to be ready until the end of July.
-
Is Lewis Kerr still sponsored by the Revolution / Jawa speedway team?
-
Call me a cynic but I foresee some 'negotiation' with the league administrator to overcome this rule.
-
Didn't think guests could be used for a second string therefore R/R only.
-
Kyle Newman reporting on his website injury is much worse than first thought. Possible rotator cuff. If so, that could be season ending. New signing need immediately, but whose free on 6.3?
-
Message to the Poole promotion. You may have chosen to ignore complaints about the track in the past, or just fiddle round the edges of the problem, but you need to listen to the words of Chris and Darcy from last night and ACT NOW to get the circuit in to a proper condition. Wimborne Road does produce good speedway, but it could be even better if the track issues were sorted once and for all. I would suggest deferring the Coventry challenge on 19 April and get the work done immediately after Good Friday and before the U21's on 26 April.

Things have moved very quickly here because this week's Speedy Star is telling us the management were rejecting change even though the opportunity existed.
-
Riders introduced to press, sponsors and season ticket holders at 13.00. Public admission from 15.00.

Bryn Williams Celebration 20th April
Dickie Head replied to TMW's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Weymouth's team of guests is currently planned to be Matt Williamson, Kelsey Dugard, Rob Shuttleworth, Mattie Bates, Mark Baseby, Kyle Bickly, Kenny Bowdery. Could change over the next month. -
Hearing that Harland Cook has been ruled out of the Warriors - some sort of confusion with his average. A gap now exists for a rider up to 4.04 subject to the NL coordinators agreement.

NT regulations are now contained in the 2017 rule book available on the SCB GB website.
