Rickardsson Injured...
scottymelloty replied to full-throttle's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Taken from Tony's website GP Practise Tony came to Wroclaw, Poland today. He, together with the team felt he had to give it a try at the practise. - The bike felt good and the track looks just fine, says Tony. Tony did only one session at the practise. - The pain got worse after the first session so it was an easy decision not to go out for the second session. -

does anybody know what time they practice ? any updates on rikardsson would be useful. Ive backed Andersen e/w at 14's seems a big price too me. Tony Rickardsson is nursing a painful back injury in the build-up to Saturday's opening Grand Prix of the season at Wroclaw. The five-times World Champion crashed in heat 16 of Masarna's 48-48 draw at Vargarna on Tuesday night. His lower back is currently black and blue and he was considering sitting out today's (Friday) practice session. Though Rickardsson got back on his bike to win the re-run of heat 16 - to complete a 15-point maximum - he said: "It took me about 10 minutes before regaining the feeling in the lower back and it was very painful sitting on the bike." -

Polish GP Heats

Yes thats exactly what i wanted, thanks. I can set my programme up now. -
Can anybody tell me how the heats line up for the GP please
-
I agree about Gollob he will take some beating but he is normally around 14/1 so the bookies have priced him up accordingly for this one, Danny Bird could be an interesting bet havnt really looked at that yet but i like the price
-
I think Gollob is a bit obvious for the bookies, he's won the last 2 times hasnt he if i remember correctly im sure they would have noticed that, interesting to see Skybet are half the price Jonsson of Will Hills, i backed johnson last time to finish in top 3 and he came 4th so no doubt he will win easy this time

I read somewhere that Zagar was 125/1 with hills at one point, i think 50 is more realistic, i think gollob will do well but 16/1 is available elsewhere -
1) Jonsson 2) Gollob 3) Crump 4) Adams 33/1 Jonsson with Bet247 is a great e/w bet i think !!! In a very easy heat for him to begin with so shouldnt struggle to get to the main event which is why im guessing they are so big a price on him.
